I live about 2 hours away from the dealership and was interested in a CPO vehicle in their inventory. While working with Fernando Londono, he was responsive, honest and even texted me specific photos of the vehicle to ensure it met my expectations when I showed up to purchase. Likewise, the finance process was efficient!
service rep was extremely efficient and constantly kept me in the loop time wise as well as special data as I waited for my car. the entire staff was friendly and very knowledgeable whenever I asked a question. I would happily drive this distance just to have my car serviced at this location.

This car had all the features that I could ever want on a car. I love the heated seats and the blind spot feature is very helpful.
I had a great experience in MB FLL. The salesman, Jose Talma, was great. he explained every step in the process and gave me what i think is a great deal. He was polite, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. not the usual aggressive salesman you see in this type of business. he deserves a promotion. the dealership had plenty of nice cars in stock, and even got one for me from a different place in just a few minutes, while i waited in the coffee area. i'm definitely coming back in 3 yrs.

Salesman was great BUT I was not happy at all when I went to the finance department and they DROP the service agreement prices on you . It should of been included in the net monthly lease payment not a hidden ad on surprise.
Excellent experience from the time I walked in from the time i drove off. Bob Abrahams and Rusty were very professional and helpful. Bob was very patient with me and knowledgeable. I told Bob what I wanted and he helped me reach my goal.
Although a loyal JM Lexus fan, I decided to look at at Mercedes and was won over by the excellent leasing experience I had at Mercedes of Pompano. My salesperson, Giancarlo Amyach, went above and beyond to get me the exact car I wanted. The sales manager, Marc Klein, was helpful in the process as was Adam Levy in finance. I would highly recommend this dealership!
Had 4 tires replaced due to wear. Also a wheel alignment. My car has a very light porcelain leather interior and there were a number of areas of dirt from tech’s hands or clothing that I had to remove after leaving the dealership. On the brighter side, I would like to compliment the parts manager, Mike Rodriquez, who worked with me on pricing the tires and installation.
