We stopped by MB of EDH after we got a low tire pressure indication. They determined that we had run over a nail and promptly repaired the tire while we waited. Dan Clark was our service rep and he kept us informed throughout of the status of the repair. Additionally, because we were newcomers to EDH, Dan didn't even charge us for the repair. We'll definitely be back to MB of EDH when we need any service for our ML400.

This car had all the features that I could ever want on a car. I love the heated seats and the blind spot feature is very helpful.
There are 2 parts to my review ... first the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) process. They missed quite a few things that I think should have been caught so I was disappointed with the preparation of the car. I paid extra to get the CPO accreditation as compared to buying it from a wholesaler or an individual. But I expected better than what I got.
That said, the Customer Service was OUTSTANDING. From salesman (Ali) to Finance Person (Sarina) to Trainer (Skylar), I couldn't have asked for better, more involved and caring people. Especially Skylar who has actually followed up with me by email to make sure I am comfortable with the technology in this car. She is a real gem.
Was having constant headliner rattling noise either from headliner or panoramic roof. First took vehicle to Tyson's Corner Mercedes-Benz, Service Writer assistant manager Told me the noise was coming from the headliner and needed to be replaced which requires removing the front windshield which mostly break on the removal process and replaced with a non Mercedes-Benz original acoustic windshield. I decided I needed a second opinion service appointment at Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly. With a good news phone call message from service advisor: Cristian Grijalva that the headliner was not the issue it was the panoramic roof assembly parts that needed to to lubed. The headliner/roof noise is now gone. "Thank you MB Chantilly"
Ronnie Naman was very professional and wonderful to work with. Very satisfied with the buying experience. He quickly accepted my leased car and showed me the car I was looking for. I was out of the dealership very quickly.
Zubed Chowdhury was a well mannered & courteous sales rep to deal with. Excellent sales person..
Finance Manager was good too. Very soft spoken & polite.
However, I have one question that could not be answered by your team members. On my purchase of GLC300 last week I was charged taxes which were neither explained to me nor were explained/deciphered on sales order. When I went back & asked reason for that I was told it is Louden county(LC) tax (0.17%).
Unfortunately, I could not get an answer/explanation for
1. Why LC tax was levied on my purchase when to my knowledge dealership location & my purchase is in Chantilly.
2. Even if it is to be charged then why it is not shown clearly/explicitly on sales order?
I am sure your team members must be doing what they have been trained/told to do but this ambiguity in customer dealing leaves a bad taste after good experience with sales person.
I certainly expect an explanation for it & i am open to update if I am missing anything.
If my observation is correct then it should be rectified ASAP & I should be compensated suitably.
I hope someone out there reads it & acts/responds.
I just bought a 2019 GLA from Vasil. I am in LOVE with the car and Vasil made the process so easy! He even secured the car for me before it had arrived to the US. Vasil patiently answered my millions of questions and followed up after I took the car home to make sure everything was as it should be. I traveled across the state to deal with Vasil and plan to do the same when I'm ready for my next Mercedes.
My review concerns a used car purchase from out of state, which was one of the easiest and enjoyable car purchases I have made. I saw a car listed in the online inventory, but with no photos yet. I got in touch and Paul Martell from salest was my contact for every step of the way moving forward. He was extremely accomodating as I had him run out to take photos of specific parts on the car several times, as well as dragging out a mechanic to get a better feel for the shape of the tires and brakes. Coming from out of state, I didn't want any surprises upon purchase and they made sure there were none. I purchased the car via Fedex and they were kind enough to run to an out of state/MA registry for me so I could just slap the plates on and drive away when I got there. Upon their final inspection, they noticed one part needed replacing and ordered the part. Unfortunately, with my timetable, they did not have a chance to replace, but arrangements were made to have the work done locally and get reimbursed. Really, just top notch customer service all around. Paul was fantastic to deal with and I can't recommend working with him enough. If you're thinking about looking at something at Keeler, ask for Paul and he'll take care of you every step of the way.
This is our second purchase and both times we had the opportunity to work with Mich. He does a great job, knows his product and covers all the details. He had great support from Casper with technical assistance and Kevin in financing. Good team work. Looking for a product from Keeler look for Mich and his team.
The salesmen Quan Dao helped me to find the car I was looking for (A250 4matic). The entire experience was excellent. I certainly recommend this dealer.
