Shopping with my wife and getting her to find a car of her liking is a struggle. Abel Vargas provided us with enough options and time to make a good decision. He was very patient and very kind. This will be the first time we can proudly say we had a great time purchasing a vehicle at a dealership.
My wife and I looked online to see what was available and found a car we liked at Mercedes Benz of Long Beach. We reached out and Abel got back to us quickly via text. He was professional and comprehensive with all the info we needed as we were turning our leased C300 and wanted to get a similar car. Having been a decades long customer and Mercedes owner, I am compelled to write my complimentary review for Jim Major; my service consultant. This is the first time I have done this and I feel it necessary that someone recognizes the value of this Service Advisor. He is a refreshing change for the better at the Atlanta Classic Boggs road location. Previously I had experience mixed results from service advisors and Jim has put that all to rest. Outgoing, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and excellent communication skills. He recognizes potential problems and resolves them quickly and efficiently. A breath of fresh air at the service department.....................
Was having constant headliner rattling noise either from headliner or panoramic roof. First took vehicle to Tyson's Corner Mercedes-Benz, Service Writer assistant manager Told me the noise was coming from the headliner and needed to be replaced which requires removing the front windshield which mostly break on the removal process and replaced with a non Mercedes-Benz original acoustic windshield. I decided I needed a second opinion service appointment at Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly. With a good news phone call message from service advisor: Cristian Grijalva that the headliner was not the issue it was the panoramic roof assembly parts that needed to to lubed. The headliner/roof noise is now gone. "Thank you MB Chantilly"
One could not ask for a better experience - from the service staff to the general manager. First class treatment. I wouldn't dream of buying a Mercedes anywhere else!!!
