Over the summer I was shopping for a new car. I went to several dealerships with my husband trying to narrow down my search I had a few cars in mind but wanted to check them out. My husband suggested we go check out a few SUV models at Mercedes. It was a Friday around 4pm. I think most of the people just wanted to go home and couldn’t wait to start their weekend. Out comes Sylvia and sees my husband and I looking and immediately gives us great information on the car and offers a few suggestions based off of what they have on inventory. She made us feel instantly comfortable with her and took us out on a few test drives to compare some models. Honestly if it wasn’t for her I may have gone with another car, but her immediate customer service made us feel right at home, we even bought two cars and came back the next day to take home the second the car! Flash forward 4 months later and my car gets a flat tire. Thanks to Sylvia keeping in touch and checking in on our purchase every once in awhile I knew exactly who to call and get some help. Mercedes roadside assistance towed my car right to the dealership and I had it fixed as soon as possible the next day. Joe in service was fantastic in getting this taken care of and even had me picked up from home so I could go get the fixed car and make it to work. I highly, highly recommend getting the tire warranty it is worth every penny especially living in Chicago with all the potholes and construction. Joe and Sylvi made a terrible situation feel so seemless. They really know how to take care of their clients.
We recently worked with Earl at Mercedes of Westmont to purchase a new Mercedes GLC 300. He went out of his way to make sure our whole family (including kids) were comfortable and attended to during the process. He worked hard to search for all possible vehicle options and spent time walking us through the features of the car both before and after the purchase. After spending months visiting dealership after dealership dealing with your typical egotistical car salesmen I stopped in Mercedes-Benz of Westmont. I had undoubtable low expectations based on my last previous 10+ dealership experiences, however I was pleasantly surprised because this turned out to be one of the most seamless vehicle purchases of my life.
My experience at MB of Westmont was with Jim Fico. The entire process was stress-free and genuine with a hint of enjoyable humor. He was so welcoming and attentive via email therefore I decided to give this dealership a chance.
It is rare to meet people in sales that are authentic and place such high value on integrity, but Jim did and ultimately that is why I brought the vehicle. Michael Hurst was my sales associate and he went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. I was very pleased with him along with the service manager Michael Banks(I believe that's his last name) in assisting with purchasing my GLC 300. Due to my limited time schedule they were able to accommodate me by bringing my vehicle to me wrapped in a nice red bow. I would recommend seeing Michael Hurst to purchase any vehicle. Michael displayed honesty, patience, and a level head during the financial aspect along with narrowing down my decision of vehicle. We started our process looking for our next car by looking around all over the internet for the perfect Mercedes. As fate had it, our perfect match for an E400 was located at Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates. At the time, my wife and I only were in the beginning stages for figuring out what our next car was going to be. It was a Saturday we planned to test drive cars and then review what we liked/didn't like and buy at a later date, Once we met with our assigned sales member, Greg Bolte, we knew we were in good hands. Greg gave us the overview and tour of the E400 we were considering and answered all of our questions with the utmost care and professionalism. After the test drive, Greg was genuinely interested in our thoughts and what we were looking for. Even though we were in a spot to buy as inventory moves quickly, Greg and Tom were never pushy or aggressive with their sales technique. A technique that both my wife and I appreciated. We took time to think over the prospect of buying the E400. It just made sense and these were the people we wanted to give our business to. The buying process and financing team that we worked with, including Jose Gomez, were a breeze to work with for this purchase. The team kindly stayed late past closing to ensure we could drive away that evening in our new car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I had looked at several cars at several dealerships. I???m a 30???s male so other dealerships offered varrying responses from doubt and disrespect to kindness and attentiveness. Hoffman was the latter. I was welcomed immediately. I had the fortune to work with Ronnie. He was prepared (I had called ahead) with any and all information I had requested. Answered all questions in depth. Ronnie was respectful, diligent, and kept things moving without being pushy. Kelly in finance really worked hard to find the right set of options to get % and payment where I needed it to be. Kelly offered real, honest answers and had an ability to utilize all tools available at 9:00 p.m. to complete the transaction. Kelly is a true professional that I???d request next time. After finance was finished Ronnie pulled my trade in up to garage and offered a couple nice cloth bags to help me move things from one car to the other. Even after I had pulled out of the garage and parked to set up and famiarize myself with controls at 9:30 he stuck around and made sure I was all set and left behind me. Really a great guy with the right attitude. Everyone, in fact, treated me as well as Ronnie from start to finish. Left feeling good about my decision. Left feel great about the experience and the deal I got on a car! A 2016 E400 fully loaded with 3,000 miles for a steal. Got all the room and motor I really wanted in the budget I had in mind. Seriously great place to buy a car.

Born and raised in the great Chicagoland area but haven???t lived there since 1985. Motor Werks has always been a leader in the luxury car market there for as long as I remember. When I found the vehicle online I was searching for at Motor Werks in Barrington I was put in contact with Sales Specialist Mark Smith. Was I concerned about purchasing a vehicle site unseen? Not at all! Working through the process with Mark Smith was seamless and transparent. From Mark to Rashard in Finance I was treated with honesty, respect and like family. I flew in to O???Hara Airport and took the Metra train to Barrington station where I was met with a Motor Works representative. The vehicle was just as stated, immaculately prepped with a full tank. Took it for a test ride and was very happy. Paperwork was a breeze, took delivery and was on the road and home to Minneapolis for dinner that evening. Mark Smith followed up with a phone call the following day to insure my trip went well. He again contacted me a month later to make sure I was satisfied and if there was anything else he could he???ll with. I highly recommend Motor Werks in Barrington, IL. I was very pleased with my car buying experience. Anthony Juliano went above and beyond to help me in my decision between an Accord, CRV and other vehicles I was considering, patiently answered all of my questions, and thoroughly explained the different models and options, all without any pressure. My experience with Linda Naus was equally pleasant. She presented options to me professionally and without any pressure. I wasn't feeling well that day and she made sure that I got through all the necessary paperwork as quickly as possible. It was a pleasure to work with both Anthony and Linda and I would highly recommend both of them and the dealership to others seeking a pleasant car buying experience.
Having driven an hour to check out a car, I was immediately impressed with the size of the dealership and then from the moment I walked in the door you just feel like you mattered. Kevin has a very relaxed approach and makes you comfortable. Car was exactly as described, I purchased it on the spot after taking it for a test drive.
