I purchased EQE 350/25 , I request the quote on Saturday and finish all the numbers over the phone and I pick up the car on Tue (my day off) . The transaction was very clear and smooth . La vendedora Down Morris fue muy profesional y gentil .. 지난 2년간 저희 가족이 차를 3대 구입하였습니다 ,이 딜러가 좋은점은 가격가지고 장난을 안치고 전화와 이메일로 모든 딜을 매듭짖고 , 딜러에는 차 픽업하는날 시간정한후 가서 서명하고 차픽업만 해서 편했습니다, 물론 제가 의심이 많아서 항상 같은 모델을 주변 딜러에 문의하고 비교한후 결정을 하지만 항상 이 딜러의 가격이 최고의 가격이더군요 이번 EQE 경우는 다른 딜러에서 오천불 다운을 원했던 월 리스 가격보다 몇불 적게 나왔으니까요 .. 차도 딜러 대모가 아닌 13마일 뛴 새차였고요 . 다운 모리스라는 외국인 딜러인대 차분하게 말 길게 안하고 (제가 영어권이 아니라 긴말 싫어해요) 너무 편안하였습니다 .

I went to Patricia office to explain my problem and right away she made me feel safe, and comfortable. Patricia was so professional, thoughtful, kind and understanding that after talking to Patricia I felt relieved from the stress that I was experiencing. From the easy access to the dealership off the West Side Highway, to the amazing environment they’ve created inside, to sales consultant Gregory Gazzola’s expertise and ability to read a customer and deliver the vehicle I wanted, at the price I could afford, expeditiously, it was absolutely the best experience. I emailed Gregory this morning, he found me a vehicle, presented a deal, and gave me a pick up time for earlier this afternoon. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour today – I’ve spent more time in Home Depot buying a grill. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Manhattan and Gregory.
