Newer dealership that is super friendly and very up front with you. They dont play games like many other dealerships I've visited and genuinely seem to want to land you in a Mercedes for a great price. Kelley is a newer salesman there but was very friendly and knowledgable and I'm glad he was my sales representative.

I had been searching for a while for a specific vehicle for my 18 year old (Kia Soul). We found one at a very unexpected dealership, Mercedes Benz of Chandler. MJ has a deep understanding of cars in general and Mercedes Benz in particular. My husband's father was a mechanic and my family had an agricultural business that maintained its own vehicles and tractors; so our questions were pretty detailed. MJ was able to intelligently answer all of our concerns. (She mentioned growing up in her family's automotive business). Since we were trading in a 2010 E 350, we appreciated MJ's ability to detail the upgrades we were looking at in the 2016 GLE 350 we ended up purchasing. The actual negotiating and purchasing portion of our day was remarkably smooth and pain free - especially compared to some vehicles (BMW) we've purchased in the past. We noticed the little things as well - like offering drinks and seeing to our comfort, AND giving us time to discuss things privately.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Mercedes of Scottsdale came as a referral from a friend. Sales person, Bojan Savic was recommended and I really hoped that car buying can be at least "not mind damaging" as it was in the past. In short; test drive, choice of the car, negotiations were easy as a breeze.
I still can't believe can it really be this easy, or I just had bad experiences in the past.
Bojan and entire staff at Mercedes of Scottsdale is highly recommended. I would even recommend buying a Mercedes Benz just for this reason.
Working with Jonathan Musil at MB of Scottsdale has been a great experience. I never purchased a vehicle out of state sight unseen, specifically a used/certified vehicle and Jonathan went above and beyond to assure me of the condition of the car, the entire purchase process, and the delivery process. Even after I received the car and voiced a few concerns, not once did I get push back. Only amazing customer service to ensure my purchase was 100% perfect. My wife and I had an Excellent experience working with Richard Rollnick , Sales and Leasing Consultant for Schumacher Mercedes Benz in Scottsdale, AZ in the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I can not say enough about the professional manner by which Richard conducted himself throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable about his products, a gentleman at all times and most important was a good listener. He listened to our needs and interests and then directed us in the best buying direction for us.
I would highly recommend Richard Rollnick as the best person in AZ to work with to purchase a new or used Mercedes Benz.
This is the 3rd car I bought from Richard. He is so great to work with and truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a new or used car and will go back to him when I'm in the market to get my next car.

I was fortunate enough to speak with Lou Gordon on his cell phone. Since I live in Payson it was important that I get preliminary details handled before committing to a 90 minute drive.
Lou was articulate, polished, and had the bearing of a person who could be believed and trusted. He was obviously a professional who had a career position that was earned rather than granted.
I arrived to the beautiful facility and was greeted by well dressed and refined sales people who directed me to Lou's office. Lou welcomed me, got right to business, and directed other team members to ensure that the sales process went efficiently.
My business partner from years ago steered me right. So now it is my turn to honor his legacy by providing a review which I hope will reach many people. Those who follow his advice, and now mine, will be well rewarded by Lou and Schumacher European for their automobile purchase.
