This is the best dealership in South Carolina and the best I have done any business with anywhere. Dealerships everywhere could learn from them. From the moment you walk in, to purchase, service or even buying a part they are the most helpful and courteous people you could ever work with. I have been a customer for quite some time and plan any future purchases to be from them. I can not recommend them highly enough.
This is my fifth new E Class Mercedes in over 21 years. All from Carlton Motors because I have been a satisfied customer. When asked why not a different brand, my response is the same. The service has been wonderful with Sammy Hood, the cars reliable, and the salesman treats me with personal interest. This time Robin Rollins was the best. My call went to Rodney Maddox and he listened to my needs even though he was busy. He said that Robin would call me back. Within minutes Robin called and told me everything that I needed to know and by the end of the evening, I was ready to buy without even seeing the car. That is how much trust I have in the dealership. Robin even volunteered to bring the car to me and he did. He spent three or four hours showing me how to operate all of the new features. I am grateful that such a dealership as Carlton Motors still exist and I love my new 2019 E 300.
I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the best the best experience that I have had. My wife and I negotiated a purchase of a 2018 GLC 300 SUV this summer. We were pretty close on the deal but my wife and I at the last minute decided to hold off until the end of the year. The dealership was very understanding and did not try to pressure us. We came back and expressed an interest in the same deal just before thanksgiving. The sales person said he was having trouble finding a similar 2018 car but found a 2019 car with the same numbers . He made a proposal by email and I countered with a slightly better trade in number on my old car and we had e a deal without my even having to come into the dealership. My wife and I came to the dealership on Black Friday and we closed the deal including all paperwork in less than 3 hours. The closer was very organized and the extra options were clearly presented by him. The dealer Harry Sugerman was very profesiomal and patient with all my wife's questions about the operating features of the car. The building includIng the service area is immaculate and very well organized. We brought the car in to the dealership few days later to have the car paint coated and that went very smoothly. The best thing is that we love our car. I had bought an mercedes ML series SUV years ago and was not that happy with the car. This 2019 SUV is a major improvement. We have owned AUDI Q5s the last 8 years and this GLC is a big step up for us n safely, styling and handling. Looks to me like mercedes has made a clesr concerted effort to jump to the top of the heap in th luxury car market. Mercedes benz Bonita is a great new addition to the Naples car market. Looks like we have found a new home.
I bought a used vehicle there this summer. It was a 2014 C300, my first purchase with Mercedes-Benz. I had a few issues within the first few months. I had to take my vehicle into service on a few occasions. Each time I worked with Dennis Bowling, the service advisor. I have to give Dennis credit because I am not the easiest person to get along with, especially when I have to bring my car back to service for the same continuing problem. Each time Dennis was very courteous and professional,and gave me a loaner vehicle so that I wasn't sitting around the waiting area. The problems were eventually resolved, and in the end, that's all that matters. Dennis is a good guy. Definitely recommend him if you need something fixed. Great dealership. I will buy another vehicle from there in the near future.
With a bit a creative financing Matthew was able to allow me to upgrade to a vehicle that initially, potentially seemed to be out of reach. He also allowed me out get out of my current lease two months early. All the details of turning in my old vehicle were taken care of. I was very pleased.

I came to Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma in the beginning of October and I was greeted by Augustus in the sales department. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and took me around to show me different cars that might work for me when I am ready. With every other car buying experience I’ve had, if I would have told the salesman that I was not ready to buy they would not have given me the time of day or would have been so pushy. But this time was so refreshing. Will definitely go through Augustus and Mercedes of Tacoma when I am ready!

I highly recommend her. Finance Manager Rachel Abielmona was also very helpful and a great communicator with any questions I had.
Keith in sales is top drawer, he found the vehicle with the options that best suited our business, and gave us all the information we needed to make a comprehensive decision - with out pressure to buy.
