Very quick process, found the truck, took it for a test drive, went back a couple days later signed paper work and drove it home. The staff including Jon were very easy to work with. Even if you don’t buy a vehicle it’s nice to look around..!!
I would highly recommend Drew Velez. He was very honest, knowledgeable, and fair when searching for a new car. I was stuck between picking one of two cars and he took the time to find out what exactly I was looking for and helped me pick the best car, which worked out great.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
Best car buying experience in my life. The location is best in class and the salesmen was extremely knowledgable. The entire process is user friendly in the extreme. I will recommend to my network and I will absolutely return there for my next car purchase.
Recently was searching for a pre owned car. Found one online at this dealership. Car was excellent, just as described. Staff was very knowlegable about the car and options even though it as not one of the marques they carry as new. Everyone was very friendly and helpful from start to finish. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I was looking for a very specific car and found it at Cabriolet Motors. They had extensive photos on line and would send any additional photos should you need them. Literally more than 100 pictures. They allowed me to have the car checked out by a Mercedes repair shop nearby this giving me further assurance. I flew to Raleigh from DC to pick the car up and drive back. They picked me up at the airport and took me to the dealership. I finished the paperwork and off I drove. Great experience. It’s been five months and I still love my Mercedes S 400. Thanks!
Silvio Guzman was an amazing person to work with.. He took the time on his own to find me the best deal and the car that I like and actually called me to schedule a convenient appointment for me although that meant that he stayed late and worked past his scheduled time to make sure I was taken care of. The whole process was short, pleasant and I drove home that same evening in my new car. He is personal, professional and very nice to work with. He spent extra time to show me all the new features of the car. He enjoys his job and takes very good care of his customers. This is a great dealership when it comes to sales or service.
