I just wanted to test drive a Metris. I have visited this dealership previously to have my wife's SLK serviced. I had been working around the house stopped by in casual clothes, jeans and boots. It was suggested that another dealer, perhaps Novi could better serve me. I was treated as if I were a pauper wasting the salesman's time. I did in fact visit a different dealer and purchased a new Suburban. I never test drove the Metris and now will never need to.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I have been to this dealership two times to look at cars because I am a very picky person, no I have not made a decision yet but if I do choose Mercedes I would definitely buy one from here, my salesman name was Aaron, he is such a sweet and genuine down to earth person, he took his time to answer any questions that I may have had, never once did he make me feel that he wasn't genuine and I critique people all the time when it comes to customer service because I feel that great or bad customer service goes a long way, he is definitely a great asset to Mercedes Benz of Bloomfield AND the funny part about it is that a lot of people told me not go to this dealership because their salesmen was snobbish and rude and that is SO FAR FROM THE TRUTH, I'm glad I went to find out for myself! Would I recommend this dealership to others there should be a spot for ABSOLUTELY because ABSOLUTELY, yes I will!
I bought my first Mercedes from here and shopped all around before I did. Being my first "non-American" car, I wanted to make sure I got the perfect vehicle. I am just your average income person that wanted to reward myself with a really nice car for all my hard work through the years. I was deciding near the end between a BMW and the E350. It was the customer service at this dealership that won me over and I love my E350!!! I've been in for service (scheduled maintenance) a few times now and have been really impressed that they treat you so good even after you've signed on the line. I will say the service is more expensive then I am used to but I only go once a year now and the give me a loaner. Highly recommend Mercedes and this dealership!
I went in on a Saturday and I am big college football fan so Nick Burns set me up right in front of one of the big screen TVs. It was towards the end of the noon games and Nick Burns grabbed the remote and put on the game I requested immediately. While Nick Burns was pricing out two trucks that best matched what I was looking for, other salesman would stop by and ask how I was doing and would strike up a quick conversation about college football. I felt like not only Nick Burns was looking out for my best interest but all the other salesman would check on me to make sure I was comfortable which made for a great experience. Nick Burns brought over two trucks and we were able to get a deal done on a great F150 that I really enjoy driving. I could not have asked for a better experience, didn't miss a play of college football, and was able to get the deal and truck that I wanted. Greatly appreciate Nick Burns as he went way above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He was completely upfront and honest with me about what he could do and he delivered on his word. Highly recommend going to Nick Burns and I have already brought him up several times to family, friends, and co-workers that if they want to get a vehicle, they HAVE to go to Nick Burns and Suburban Ford of Ferndale! MB Rochester makes service easy. My wife and I both drive Mercedes Benz vehicles and we choose to go to Rochester even though another dealer is a little closer to our home. My only request is that they stock more G63 parts like bulbs and hoses, but they did explain how few G63's are sold.
We showed up at 3:00 on a Saturday and found the car we wanted. They had pulled it up front and had it ready to go for a test drive. By 5:00 we were on our way home with our new used car!!! Jackson and Linda were so polite and helpful we couldn't have been happier with the experience and we love our car!!!!!!
After a negative experience at a different Mercedes dealership, I sought Christi Armstrong out because of her positive online reviews. I now see why people have taken the time to review her performance. She's great! She's honest, very knowledgeable about the product, has a passion for driving, and went out of her way to make my wife and I feel comfortable and have fun with the car buying experience. The whole staff is excellent ??? Nancy who always says 'hello' and follows up every visit with a call, and Dan who did the financials was just a delight to work with. I can't say enough about this dealership, the people there are great, down to earth, and extremely customer-focused. We are big fans!
Amy was very welcoming,professional and had a lot of patient with us.She explained everything in a way that even people who are technical challenged like us,could understand every detail of the car,we could not have ask for a better sales person,very impressive!
I'm buying a new C350 Coupe from this dealership. I'll be the first to admit I am not their typical customer with a mid-high six figure income; but the C350 is priced within my budget and I think I was being ignored slightly because I wanted to talk about the base [C Class] vehicles instead of the AMG editions which are way out of my price range. A well equipped C350 is between $45-47000. The sale person repeatedly tried to get me to add items to the car that I do not need or want simply because they had that car on their lot. I won't suggest that others shop here until after they win the lottery. I'm sure this dealer would frown on serving new money as well.
