The GM of the dealership reached out and took care of my complaint/issues in a profession and empathetic manner. No business is perfect and will make errors; however, the measure of a great business is how they handle those errors. In this case, handled beautifully and I am again a fan (more so now than before seeing how issues are professionally resolved) of Wyatt Johnson.

Just traveled 550 miles to buy our second auto from Mark Cox at Cox Motor cars in Nashville, Tn. Why you ask? Simply put, the very best car buying experience anywhere! Mark sells mostly really nice vehicles coming off lease that are almost always low mileage and very well maintained. There is absolutely no pressure to buy, just walk around their comfortable indoor facility inspect the autos, take a test drive, and proceed when you are prepared to do so. I would never Be concerned about where the car came from or hidden issues that some dealers might conceal to a buyer. This is truly the very best dealer to purchase your next pre owned luxury auto!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Evan was awesome! We drove 3 hours after finding the car online. The Sonic Price made it simple - I knew it was a great deal and I didn't have to waste my time haggling to get the price where it should be. Because of the drive, we got in a little late but Evan, Kurt & Anita stayed to help us get everything taken care of. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and Evan was a pleasure to deal with. By far the best experience and customer service I have ever been a part of. I came to look at 2 cars, the one I ended up driving off the lot did not have a backup cam, which I didn't notice and would have been a deal breaker. I called them the next morning to see if there was anything that could be done. They said bring the car back and we will take care of you. I worked with Brad and Patricia through this process and they were absolutely fantastic to me, they didn't make me feel guilty for returning a car or making a mistake and genuinely wanted to help me get the right vehicle, which they did. The thing that was even more impressive to me, the first vehicle was a Mercedes, the vehicle I ended up getting was a Lexus. They let me bring back the Mercedes at a Mercedes dealership to get the other car I was looking at, a Lexus. This is why their people and customer service is so great, they were not mad I didn't keep the Mercedes, they were excited to see me in the car that make me happy. I would 100% recommend this dealership and these customer oriented people to anyone! They will make you comfortable throughout the buying process and they will genuinely take care of you. I recently purchased a car from Mercedes Benz of Nashville. The whole process was seamless. We were introduced to Jan by the Manager Jim. Jan was very professional and thorough in explaining the 2 different models I was interested in. About an hour later, I was purchasing a new car. Within 2 hours we were trading in my old car and driving home in my new vehicle!

In the early stages of car shopping for a family-friendly SUV, we stopped by City Auto in Murfreesboro, TN while out there running errands. We were not there anticipating to purchase a vehicle that day. However, things changed.
Steven Ray, the salesman, was the first to greet us. He was not pushy, annoying, or anything like your stereotypical salesman would be in your head. He asked questions and let us talk more than he talked. He was very personable and made our experience outstanding. He provided a thorough answer to ever y question we had. If he didn't know, he made a quick phone call to get the answer we needed. He insisted a test drive in a few different models, just to get an idea of what we were looking for - even though we made it clear we weren't looking to purchase that day. (... I guess that's how they get you)
He walked us through what to expect in the buying process. Gave us little hints to get better pricing and APR.
After the sale, he called us numerous times to ensure that we were happy. A few days after the sale, a few weeks later, then a month or two down the road.
