I have a very good experience with the dealership and the Salesperson GaithBekie. He was polite, helpful and attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle and within my budget. I presented what I wanted to pay for the vehicle out the door. And it was meet. I bought the vehicle and I am very satisfied. I was overcharged by $223.00. Also had a great experience with the General Manager Eric Brinkman. I was overcharged $223.00 and I bought the matter to Mr. Eric Brinkman and he stated that he would investigate the matter of the $223.00 and he would get back to me. Within a few days, he responded to my issue and he said that he would personally would take care of it. Even if he had to replace the money from his personal monies. Which he laid some personal money out of his own pocket. This man has integrity, honesty, character and he values his word as a person. I like that in a man. To have value of his word. From the time we negotiated the price for the vehicle he was honest with me. We shook hands as two gentlemen as I keep my part of the deal as he did also. I am very impressed with him. I would recommend the dealership, the Salesperson Gaith and of course the General Manager Eric Brinkman.

At 52720 miles the front u joint went out causing a grinding noise. Just 4 weeks earlier had the car in for a full examination and service. The check list stated that the u joint was inspected. Asked the service tech if the u joint was inspected and he stated that they do not inspect the u joint because it would take to much time. Cost to replace the broken u joint $2,600.00. I have owned a lot of cars and never had to have a u joint replaced. 250,000 on a Cadilac Escalade and did not replace a u joint. Mercedes would not stand behind this failure. The car has interior air noise at 70 mph. Cost of maintaining this car or any Mercedes is out of line.
I love this dealership! The entire staff is very friendly and also very knowledgeable! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jason Ford, he is a true people person, great listener, has a very strong work ethic and worked really hard to get me exactly what I wanted. I had very high expectations and he rose to the occasion and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely by another vehicle from ALM Kennesaw via Jason. The perfect match!

The ride, performance and style of this car is truly remarkable. I do feel the media control center could be better thought out as there are multiple clicks to get what you need to go or what you need

These car is so comfortable for Drive saving a lot of Gosling money have a lot of smart things the engine got power you can feel that if you guys have the opportunity to have one I recommended you these car
This was by far the most amazing car buying experience. BMW of Gwinnett had a great selection of vehicles to choose from. The sales advisor, David, was very professional and friendly. I purchased a BMW X1. I was initially was seeking to purchase a certified used one, but they didn’t have the color I wanted. So David worked a deal for me, and I was able to purchase a brand new X1 for the same price as a the certified used I was originally shopping for. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

This car provides luxury, performance, and status all in one gorgeous package. I always feel special whenever I drive it. And the power makes getting into traffic a breeze.
I wish there was a 10 star option for AX Auto. My wife and I drove from chattanooga, TN. We spend 2 days in Atlanta looking at 7 minivans, the second day we found AX Auto. We came knowing what we wanted and unlike other dealers they didn’t try to push into something more expensive or different than we had asked. Eric our salesman was both patient and considerate of our every request. He and his manager respected our wishes to think it over and 3 hours later we were able to drive off with a beautiful ( new to us) 2014 Honda Odyssey!!!

This car lives up to the hype. It is classy, stylish, handles like a sports car but feels like luxury. You would not go wrong.
I purchased a 2014 Mercedes suv from Malones in November 2017. I viewed the vehicle on the internet and flew to Atlanta to complete the purchase. The vehicle was exactly as represented and was extremely clean. Great sales team and I would buy another car from them.
Second CLS! Still have the '06 also.

Just what my wife and I needed. Holding on to the previous CLS and using the 2014 for our travels. Love the CLS series!
I purchased a Panamera a few months ago and my oil level light came on a few days ago so I called Eric to see if they could take a look at it for me and with no hesitation he said, yes. I was there less than 10 minutes. My salesman was Josh and he was awesome!!! Big Shout out to Gravity Auto!!!!! I love my Porsche!!!

As background -- I have driven BMW's for the last 15 years (3330xi, 545i, 335xi and 550xi) and swear by the brand. I absolutely love the driving experience of the BMW. This year I decided to buy a CLS550. So far, no regrets whatsoever. Maybe I've gotten soft as I turned 50, but there is no comparison to the sense of luxury in the Benz vs. the BMWs. The CLS550 has the same grunt/power as the 550xi but seems even more sporty and planted on the road. (I think the wider 285 & 255 width tires add to that feel). The seats in the CLS are incomparable -- side bolsters that adapt around corners & massaging rollers are industry-leading. My only hesitation was rear seat room -- but honestly, I don't sit back there so frankly I don't care. 95% of the time, I am alone or with a single passenger. The styling on the CLS is head-turning -- albeit somewhat polarizing. I love it! My wife prefers the lines on the more traditional look of the BWM 5 series. Lane change warning system is nice. I have a trunk basket that was an added option in my CLS and I find it very handy to keep "trunk stuff" organized. Palladian silver is a great/safe color that really hides dirt. Radio controls are bit unnecessarily complicated (even for someone who lived through 15 years of I-Drive BMWs. Navigation screen could be a tad larger. Overall, I'm extremely pleased. Got this 2014 with only 9,000 miles on it. I hope to drive it for 5 years or so.
Got a great Cadillac from here, in very good almost showroom condition. I recommend going in-person because they're busy enough you may end up chasing them on the phone.

i have a sports car and no sedan can be a sports car,no matter what.but........this car is fabulous.is not a porscHe cayman....no.this car is a very fast extremley comfortable work of art on wheels.get a sports car for the weekend then get this car to drive every day.you will never use the sports car.
Car was perfect, Gerard, Janice and mike did a great job taking care of me, prices were low and standards/quality were high! 5 stars!
