I experienced a little hiccup with this dealership, but it was quicky resolved by Mr. Paul Nogrady. After speaking with Paul about my issue, he assured me that he would "make things right." I must say, Paul didn't make things right, he actually MADE EVERYTHING BETTER! The vehicle that I purchased was BETTER than the one I initially wanted. With a bit a creative financing Matthew was able to allow me to upgrade to a vehicle that initially, potentially seemed to be out of reach. He also allowed me out get out of my current lease two months early. All the details of turning in my old vehicle were taken care of. I was very pleased.

When I got tired of the antics of the DC Metro area dealers, I decided to check out of area dealerships. In researching, I came across Helms Brothers in Bayside, New York. Through a referral, I reached out to an outstanding salesperson, Manny Rodriguez. He knows about every vehicle he sells, very professional, attentive and leaves no questions unanswered. It was a pleasure to have worked with Manny in regards to my GLA 250 lease. He is a valuable asset to Helms Brothers. He went way above and beyond to find me the perfect vehicle on my timeline and price range. Hard to believe that a dealer has awesome deals in NYC, but it's true and worth every mile to drive a little to save a lot!!! I will definitely consider Helms Brothers for future automotive needs. Awara and Darnell were great. Awara is quite the character, he keeps things fun and light and knows his stuff. Darnell is another wealth of knowledge and will make you feel right at home. I wasn???t the happiest with the original online and phone correspondence. Very quick off the phone, ???no negotiation,??? They confirmed the E350 I was originally looking at was available 20 minutes before I headed their way only to find out it had sold the night prior.. classic tactic that I fell for. Awara was dealt a tough hand on this one as he was thrown into this, he had no prior knowledge of me coming in or the communication I had with the online team. He found me what I needed and was able to get the price to a point I could justify. Turns out they do negotiate ;) All in all I???m happy, buying a car is never a hoot but it got the job done and Awara made it as fun as it could be and was very attentive throughout the process.
Scheduled service based on mileage and time. Given an appointment when requested, no wait to be processed into shop, completed service within the timeframe committed and provided a printout of service and inspection. Answered all my questions and sent me on my way, a satisfied customer.
I had a great experience here at Mercedes of Pleasanton the person I dealt there was Kris he was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to you I didn't feel pushed at all I haven't bought a car yet but I will be returning there
Keith Diffenderffer was terrific from start to finish, and his offer to spend time with us after our purchase to make sure we got the most out of the car was much appreciated. He was also able to answer every question we had. i think Dale helped us in Finance. He was terrific, as well.
