We were shopping for a new vehicle and our sales guy "Shawn Mays" was a great person to work with. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The overall experience was very enjoyable even though we didn't end up buying a car. I know I will be going back there again when I want a Mercedes.
What an extraordinary experience! Abraham was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way. I am not one to take risks and was hesitant to buy a car without seeing it. But it was not possible for me to go to Houston. I was reassured by many detailed emails and phone calls. Abraham answered my questions fully. Outstanding service. Martin Hristov, Sales Rep was outstanding. Very helpful, and very knowledgeable. I tried a few cars before selecting the GLE 400 and I was very satisfied with the service. The Sales Manager was also very helpful and helped make the process go smoothly. This was not my first time buying a vehicle at Mercedes Greenway, and I hope to continue to buy there again in the future.
Called Mbrace from the car, luckily the battery died in my garage. After 71k miles and 4 1/2 years it was expected. Mbrace sent out Ben within 5 minutes from M-B Greenway with a new battery, and we were ready to roll within 30 minutes. Cannot get any better than that. We than the Lord it did not happen 24 hours later for we would have been on the road and on TG day.
Overall service was great. However your loaner car policies need to be reevaluated. They are so not customer friendly, sufficient, or convenient. I struggle to understand how I can notify you 24 hours in advance if my car breaks down umexpectantly.
I am a repeat customer at Greenway Mercedes. I have been very happy with the service there so far. I traded in my 2015 Mercedes for a 2019 last week . Navid, Teddy and Kevin were all extremely helpful. Teddy set up all the electronics on the car and I didn’t have to do a thing. Navid has been checking in with me now and then to see if everything is okay. All much appreciated.

Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.
