Jaleel Khan is the best. Setvice is perfect!! The service department is excellent and the product, the tires are great. The staff is professional , the waiting area is beautiful, as is the cafe . All is a great experience. I would definitely return to this dealership because of the professional received received through Jaleel. When I???m ready for another Mercedes I will definitely return to this dealership and continue to work with Jaleel. He is a most valued employee. I have always been satisfied ,as well , with the service department.

This automobile is the true definition of comfort, and style. The performance and handling is incredible along with plenty of room for long trips. There are too many great options to list however from the cabin space and sound system in this car is outstanding!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Initially let me say that I have been a Mercedes owner for the past 20 years. I recently relocated from Clearwater Florida with the intent of trading in my 2008 Mercedes which was in very good condition older C 350 sport, for a newer model either used, or preowned certified. I have always had a very good customer service relationship with the Mercedes dealerships in the Chicago area. Based on that experience I expected no less at Lokey motors. The buying experience was fantastic. The financing aspect was fantastic. It was when I began to ask for a second key That was where my issue began. My request for a second key eventually led me to the manager of the used vehicle section. This gentleman, if I can call him that, began to berate me when I asked if I could get a second key for the vehicle. Rather than responding to my request, he began to imply that I owed additional money to the dealership because the payoff value of my vehicle was wrong. ($300) Mind you the transaction had taken place two months prior and this is the first time I am being informed of any monies that I owe the dealership. I was shocked that I would owe any money and that I would be informed about it in such an unprofessional manner. I informed the manager that if I had owed any money, why was I not given a call, or sent correspondence, or even a FedEx for the $300 dollars he claimed was in dispute.
I was highly upset at the manner in which this issue was presented to me. It was presented to me as if I were a deadbeat consumer looking to beat Mercedes out of some money. It was infuriating and maddening to basically be accused of being a thief or someone who did not pay their debts. I told the manager that if I owed the company $300 or $3000 dollars I pay my debts and this was the first time that I was hearing about this. I told him It was not my responsibility to get the payoff value for my trade-in and apply that to any deal that had happened two months prior. And what did this have to do with me getting a second key for the vehicle I had just purchased which they had yet to provide? The manager continued in a VERY unprofessional tone and the conversation devolved accordingly. I insisted to the manager that he put in writing whatever monies I owed to the dealership and I would pay them properly. He repeatedly insisted that I check with my bank and only after I persisted that he put something in writing did he cavalierly agree to do so . We will see.
In any event, this was the most unprofessional experience that I’ve had with a Mercedes manager in the 20 years I’ve owned Mercedes vehicles. The Chicagoland Mercedes dealers are very professional and go out of their way to accommodate their customers in every way possible. Not here. I’m waiting for this letter. And I STILL want a second key.
There’s a not-so-nice name that immediately comes to mind for people who act like this but I won’t use it here. I’m STILL incensed.
