I have a very good experience with the dealership and the Salesperson GaithBekie. He was polite, helpful and attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle and within my budget. I presented what I wanted to pay for the vehicle out the door. And it was meet. I bought the vehicle and I am very satisfied. I was overcharged by $223.00. Also had a great experience with the General Manager Eric Brinkman. I was overcharged $223.00 and I bought the matter to Mr. Eric Brinkman and he stated that he would investigate the matter of the $223.00 and he would get back to me. Within a few days, he responded to my issue and he said that he would personally would take care of it. Even if he had to replace the money from his personal monies. Which he laid some personal money out of his own pocket. This man has integrity, honesty, character and he values his word as a person. I like that in a man. To have value of his word. From the time we negotiated the price for the vehicle he was honest with me. We shook hands as two gentlemen as I keep my part of the deal as he did also. I am very impressed with him. I would recommend the dealership, the Salesperson Gaith and of course the General Manager Eric Brinkman.

Car is awesome. Huge engine, tons of power off the line and at speed. It also has great lines...really a beautifully engineered car. I drive the car a lot though and I can say that I've never had a car with a more uncomfortable driver's seat. It's too soft and not nearly supportive enough for a car at this price point. They've changed it in later years, so they clearly solved the problem...so my lack of recommendation is only for the 2013. Otherwise, I love the MB CLS550...
Did my deal long distance after seeing the vehicle at a different dealership that did not want to share numbers so we could start a deal process. So, working with the dealership I. atlanta, we settled on a car and a lease deal. Went to pickup, signed all paperwork, and then found car was missing an item we really wanted. Miscommunication in the long distance deal. They worked hard, found the perfect car, and delivered it to us a little over a week later. Great job in overcoming the challenges of correct vehicle and long distance deal.

This car has the speed and performance of a sports car, and the luxury of a business man's car. It's a great family car and single man business car. All the way around a perfect car for Dad.
Buying a first car can be incredibly intimidating, but Shane and others at Gravity made me feel completely at ease. Shane was very transparent and professional throughout the entire experience and never pressured me into a purchase. He kept everything within my budget and even helped me jump and move my old car that had died on me the night prior. His upbeat personality made my first car buying experience both enjoyable and stress free. Gravity goes out of their way to make customer service a priority which is why I will be referring them to all of my friends.

These car is so comfortable for Drive saving a lot of Gosling money have a lot of smart things the engine got power you can feel that if you guys have the opportunity to have one I recommended you these car
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.

After 6 months and 8000 miles this car still lights me up every time I get in it. I've had zero issues and am finally starting to realize the full potential of this amazing machine. It would be difficult now to go to driving anything else. Worth the wait and everything the reviews have said it to be. No buyers remorse here.
I searched for several months and found the perfect car at Select. Was apprehensive about buying an expensive luxury car on line site unseen. Contacted the dealer to discuss the process. Had the car inspected by their nearby MB dealer. Discussed resolution of very minor issues noted by MB, the value of my trade in, then made a deposit and arranged to travel to Atlanta. The sales person was very helpful at every step of the way. Very easy process--quality sales person, suburb value and would recommend without hesitation.

Love this car, quality, comfort and performance all in one! All around beautiful car. The style effortlessly is still fresh and modern. A timeless bold design inside and out. The 8 cylinder engine is very quick. Love this car.
I purchased a Panamera a few months ago and my oil level light came on a few days ago so I called Eric to see if they could take a look at it for me and with no hesitation he said, yes. I was there less than 10 minutes. My salesman was Josh and he was awesome!!! Big Shout out to Gravity Auto!!!!! I love my Porsche!!!

This car lives up to the hype. It is classy, stylish, handles like a sports car but feels like luxury. You would not go wrong.
I purchased a 2014 Mercedes suv from Malones in November 2017. I viewed the vehicle on the internet and flew to Atlanta to complete the purchase. The vehicle was exactly as represented and was extremely clean. Great sales team and I would buy another car from them.

The ride, performance and style of this car is truly remarkable. I do feel the media control center could be better thought out as there are multiple clicks to get what you need to go or what you need
Honestly, when I first arrived at Malone's I was really skeptical. It appeared to be a small dealership that just turns and burns cars. However, once I went in they have a great and knowledgeable team of professionals that helped me out. They mostly specialize in Mercedes vehicles and actually knew the details of the vehicles they were selling. (Being a car enthusiast I can normally give any dealership a run for their money) I ended up finding a 2015 Mercedes E350 that had all the features I liked and they even let me take it to my personal mechanic to get it checked out. He said it was in great shape and was clearly taken care of. Looking at other vehicles on the lot it appeared that most vehicles were specially chosen for their quality vs just reselling anything they could. I think the biggest thing I appreciated the most with my experience is one of the owners was there and he came to talk to me like any regular person. He was very open to feedback on what I noticed with some of the listing photos and it had a family feel to it like I mattered. I ended up purchasing the 2015 Mercedes and I love it! I would highly recommend Malone's Automotive.

Having been a decades long customer and Mercedes owner, I am compelled to write my complimentary review for Jim Major; my service consultant. This is the first time I have done this and I feel it necessary that someone recognizes the value of this Service Advisor. He is a refreshing change for the better at the Atlanta Classic Boggs road location. Previously I had experience mixed results from service advisors and Jim has put that all to rest. Outgoing, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and excellent communication skills. He recognizes potential problems and resolves them quickly and efficiently. A breath of fresh air at the service department.....................

This automobile is the true definition of comfort, and style. The performance and handling is incredible along with plenty of room for long trips. There are too many great options to list however from the cabin space and sound system in this car is outstanding!
Toussant and Finn worked very hard to find the car that I wanted. They were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. I would very highly recommend the Atlanta Classic Cars experience.

Awesome safety features, beautiful interior and exterior design and comfortability. Love the lasted techonogicial advances that came with the vehicle. Would definitely recommend the vehicle to family.
I love this dealership! The entire staff is very friendly and also very knowledgeable! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jason Ford, he is a true people person, great listener, has a very strong work ethic and worked really hard to get me exactly what I wanted. I had very high expectations and he rose to the occasion and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely by another vehicle from ALM Kennesaw via Jason. The perfect match!

At 52720 miles the front u joint went out causing a grinding noise. Just 4 weeks earlier had the car in for a full examination and service. The check list stated that the u joint was inspected. Asked the service tech if the u joint was inspected and he stated that they do not inspect the u joint because it would take to much time. Cost to replace the broken u joint $2,600.00. I have owned a lot of cars and never had to have a u joint replaced. 250,000 on a Cadilac Escalade and did not replace a u joint. Mercedes would not stand behind this failure. The car has interior air noise at 70 mph. Cost of maintaining this car or any Mercedes is out of line.
Went in to service for a oil change and, to have air put into my tire. Asked about a wash and vacum outcar . The service was carried out as requested. This service I received was very good. I will be back.

A pleasure to drive. Performance is as advertised. Hard to believe that the car is four years old. Would recommend that consideration be given to the AMG brand when shopping for used cars.
I wish could drive it everyday nice exterior the diamond white really sparkles in the sun light massage seats are great feature the nice trunk Space
