My sister had been looking for a car for a long time. The other dealerships did not take her seriously. We pulled up to ALM at the Mall of Ga. and was greeted immediately. She told them what see had seen on line. Ali & Tammy brought us snacks while we waited to see the car. The price on line was the true price. It was such a relief to have a honest salesman. Ali bought our dinner while she purchased her beautiful SRX. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had buying a auto. I would recommend Ali to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will be buying my next car from him.
Keely Johnson was who helped me. I am an out of state buyer and she was absolutely caring and friendly throughout the whole process. When the car I was going to purchase became unavailable, she went out of her way to find a similar model. I was stunned because she didn???t try to just sale me something else that I didn???t want like most car salesmen/women would. Nonetheless, the whole experience was great and she made sure the car was clean ready and most of the paperwork was already done by the time that I got there. I also want to add that I got a great deal for a car with very low mileage and runs absolutely great!
Having been a decades long customer and Mercedes owner, I am compelled to write my complimentary review for Jim Major; my service consultant. This is the first time I have done this and I feel it necessary that someone recognizes the value of this Service Advisor. He is a refreshing change for the better at the Atlanta Classic Boggs road location. Previously I had experience mixed results from service advisors and Jim has put that all to rest. Outgoing, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and excellent communication skills. He recognizes potential problems and resolves them quickly and efficiently. A breath of fresh air at the service department.....................
Toussant and Finn worked very hard to find the car that I wanted. They were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. I would very highly recommend the Atlanta Classic Cars experience.

I have a very good experience with the dealership and the Salesperson GaithBekie. He was polite, helpful and attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle and within my budget. I presented what I wanted to pay for the vehicle out the door. And it was meet. I bought the vehicle and I am very satisfied. I was overcharged by $223.00. Also had a great experience with the General Manager Eric Brinkman. I was overcharged $223.00 and I bought the matter to Mr. Eric Brinkman and he stated that he would investigate the matter of the $223.00 and he would get back to me. Within a few days, he responded to my issue and he said that he would personally would take care of it. Even if he had to replace the money from his personal monies. Which he laid some personal money out of his own pocket. This man has integrity, honesty, character and he values his word as a person. I like that in a man. To have value of his word. From the time we negotiated the price for the vehicle he was honest with me. We shook hands as two gentlemen as I keep my part of the deal as he did also. I am very impressed with him. I would recommend the dealership, the Salesperson Gaith and of course the General Manager Eric Brinkman.
I recently purchased a 2019 GLC 300. Malcolm helped me get a car built with every option I wanted. He was not pushy and provided details on all of the options I considered. David was quite knowledgeable about all of Mercedes Benz???s additional offerings, such as an extended warranty and maintenance package, and graciously provided an explanation of each and documentation, as requested. Kode expertly trained me on my car???s features and has offered additional training, which I will schedule. My overall experience in purchasing the car was positive. Plus, I???m pleased I purchased the maintenance package, which includes car washes I???ve already started using.
We have bought three cars from RBM, all from Eric Konigsberg, who has gone above and beyond what we have experienced at any other car dealer over the years. We'll buy our next one from him as well. Service had also been excellent. In over 20 years we have had only two service reps. Dennis Phillips is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

It started with Lynette Brown, a friend of mine who works in your Corporate office taking time to inform me of the many incentives Mercedes offer for purchase or lease. She referred me to Casey while taking time to contact her on my behalf. When I finally connected with Casey I set an appointment to see her thinking she was in sales. She was extremely helpful and made herself available to meet me Saturday at the showroom only to find out she works in Finance; but informed me she was going to get me someone to assist me and she did. My sales consultant was and is Frederick. He was such a pleasure to work with during the leasing process. My husband who is not easily impressed was very impressed with his mannerism, caring and knowledge of cars; especially the Mercedes. Needless to say this was a class ???A??? experience for us both! To top it off just when I thought it could not get any better we sat down with Jeremy to discuss the maintenance packages. His presence and professionalism, along with Frederick???s is a ???Model??? many people dealing with the public face to face should duplicate. There are no words to describe the wonderful memorable experience which I will be sharing at my church openly and with other individuals I know interested in Mercedes and excellent customer service. I am sure these types of individuals are the individuals you strive toward being a part of your company. Friendly service in a low-pressure environment. The best part was that after we made our purchase, Jose still responded to a concern we had within minutes of our emailing him. Though the dealership had no requirement to do so, they made things right for us when we found a minor problem after purchase.

I recommend RBM Service technician Jordin Mendez! He came out on a cold Sunday morning to help me unlock my car and get me back on the road safely. RBM of Atlanta has excellent customer service in their Roadside Technician Mr. Jordin Mendez.
The staff was great from the time I walked into the dealership. Check in was less than a minute. Services was less than an hour.
