Over the summer I was shopping for a new car. I went to several dealerships with my husband trying to narrow down my search I had a few cars in mind but wanted to check them out. My husband suggested we go check out a few SUV models at Mercedes. It was a Friday around 4pm. I think most of the people just wanted to go home and couldn’t wait to start their weekend. Out comes Sylvia and sees my husband and I looking and immediately gives us great information on the car and offers a few suggestions based off of what they have on inventory. She made us feel instantly comfortable with her and took us out on a few test drives to compare some models. Honestly if it wasn’t for her I may have gone with another car, but her immediate customer service made us feel right at home, we even bought two cars and came back the next day to take home the second the car! Flash forward 4 months later and my car gets a flat tire. Thanks to Sylvia keeping in touch and checking in on our purchase every once in awhile I knew exactly who to call and get some help. Mercedes roadside assistance towed my car right to the dealership and I had it fixed as soon as possible the next day. Joe in service was fantastic in getting this taken care of and even had me picked up from home so I could go get the fixed car and make it to work. I highly, highly recommend getting the tire warranty it is worth every penny especially living in Chicago with all the potholes and construction. Joe and Sylvi made a terrible situation feel so seemless. They really know how to take care of their clients.
We recently worked with Earl at Mercedes of Westmont to purchase a new Mercedes GLC 300. He went out of his way to make sure our whole family (including kids) were comfortable and attended to during the process. He worked hard to search for all possible vehicle options and spent time walking us through the features of the car both before and after the purchase. Audi sometimes have a little problems but whenever I call Brandon for help, he was so patient and nice to give me suggestions to figure everything out. If you ever thought you could NEVER own that dream car you've always watched other people drive.....think again. I've wanted a BMW for EVER! I went on line....sourced out the model and color I wanted along with carfax and wound up at a lot in Lombard. I'm glad I did. I got a BMW that I've owned a month now and absolutely LOVE. I checked into this car and it was a 1 owner with low miles at a very fair price. The car needed a couple little things that I pointed out to BRANDON the salesman who is absolutely awesome...and he promised to take care of the things so I bought the car based on his promise and he fixed the the issues as promised....he is a real stand up guy....Paul the finance guy is great as well....I came in with financing lined up already but I'm sure Paul could work miracles for you if need be....CALL BRANDON NOW AND TELL HIM SCOTT SENT YOU!!! I traveled from CT on 7/14 to view a BMW Z3M 2000 Auto Showcase picked me up and dropped me off at the airport.(thanks Miles)When I got to the showroom the cat was ready for the test drive.(lots of fun)There was no pressure to buy but I did. The car arrived in MA on the evening of 7/17.I have bough a lot of cars over the years best experience yet. Thanks agene Jim.

Walked in one day after previously looking at a new car in the lot for my wife. Within 10 minutes after talking to John Vanik and Tim Duda I received and excellent lease deal on a new Rouge Sport that I could live with.They gave me a rock bottom deal, much better than I had expected. A few days later I came back to lease the vehicle. They also gave me a great price on the paint protection package.

Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
I was a bit worried at 1st buying a vehicle from out of state but Evan was great to work with great communication and the vehicle turned out after inspection in Florida to be in great shape. Everything was just as Evan promised
