Their prices are reasonable and the best I've seen around.

Not only did they always take the time to listen and take good care of me and my car but they also found me my dream car that I've been searching for, under my budget price and over my expectations.

This vehicle has a classy style. It has a lot of power. I love the command system. I have a panoramic sunroof which is nice. I wish I had leather seats instead of the MB tech materials.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

The car is a perfect blend of luxury and real life great performance. It has a very good safety rating too boot. We will purchase another E-Class the next time around.

I searched for the perfect car for car obsession of mine. From jaguar to Porsche I have been obsessed with performance. After owning a RWD mustang, I need I was looking for AWD and that limited me to German importants. The 911 s has everything but the price points limited my access to anything made in the last decade. So I drove my first 2016 Ecoupe and I was instantly satisfied with everything! Performance styling and comfort all combine for the perfect combination! I’m in love with this car and I’ve driven everything else on the market! I know you can purchase cars that have more performance or more luxury etc... but this car was good enough in all areas to please this customer!
Just get a new MB c300 from this dealer. Had a really good purchase experience working with Stephen Leung. He is very friendly and responsive.

I just purchased this car and absolutely live it. Very solidly built. I was trying to decide between the E class and the BMW 5 series, so I spoke to the guy that used to service my BMW. He said that he doesn’t see many problems on the E class, but went through a laundry list of issues with the BMW.
Going through the sales process at Herb Chambers Mercedes was very much a pleasant one! From the minute I contacted the dealership through the close, the sales staff was excellent, patient and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Herb Chambers Mercedes in Boston.
As a busy executive of a company, I???m not one to typically write reviews. But, I had to acknowledge Dana LoNano for assisting us in the purchase of our new GLC. I was referred to her by a colleague who has been purchasing cars from her for years. And, we finally decided to take the leap over to Mercedes-Benz from BMW. Ever since my wife had picked up the car, she cannot stop raving about the experience from beginning to end. There are multiple choices of dealerships to consider and we decided to make the trip down to Boston because Dana was knowledgeable about the product, patiently explained the different features/technology to help guide us in our needs vs. want, and was cognizant of not wasting our time. She and Keith made the process extremely seamless and are truly professionals. For that, you???ve obtained a loyal customer as long as I???m driving (I hope for a while longer!). They???re assets to your organization and deserve to be recognized.

Awara and Darnell were great. Awara is quite the character, he keeps things fun and light and knows his stuff. Darnell is another wealth of knowledge and will make you feel right at home. I wasn???t the happiest with the original online and phone correspondence. Very quick off the phone, ???no negotiation,??? They confirmed the E350 I was originally looking at was available 20 minutes before I headed their way only to find out it had sold the night prior.. classic tactic that I fell for. Awara was dealt a tough hand on this one as he was thrown into this, he had no prior knowledge of me coming in or the communication I had with the online team. He found me what I needed and was able to get the price to a point I could justify. Turns out they do negotiate ;) All in all I???m happy, buying a car is never a hoot but it got the job done and Awara made it as fun as it could be and was very attentive throughout the process.

This car met all my expectations even much more than I thought it would be.And I personally think that this is one of the top cars that anyone can imagine.Very comforting a lot of leg room ,awesome visibility and much more.
This and other Herb Chambers dealerships correctly price CPO Mercedes so you do not have to go through the absurd haggling process as with other dealerships. This transaction with Karl was handled without any issues from the moment I walked in to the dealership through the delivery of vehicle to me in New Hampshire. This included working with Darnel in their finance department to obtain excellent rates. I highly recommend this dealership and they have honored each subsequent issue with no questions asked.

The E400 is a blast. Responsive with a stellar ride. So much so that I’ve had to pay more attention to speed when passing. 65-95 comes very quick.

I have read all the comments and I notice there is not one about the noise the motor makes when you first start it. They say it is from the Turbo Charger in the 2016 thru 2019 models. The noise drives me crazy. Any one else have the same noise problem. Otherwise I love the car. It was the same as my 2013 E350 Sport but this rides a lot smoother. The Sport road very hard and I like a soft ride. Two service managers told me the same thing about the motor. If anyone has the same noise problem when you start up the car and the motor is cold please let me know at PLarosa101@aol.com. I would appreciate it.
I can???t stress how amazing Awara Osman, Darnell Stewart and Paul McDaniel ! I wouldn???t go anywhere else. I strongly recommend the dealership. From day one These guys were amazing. I will send all my family and friends over .

Buying a lightly used vehicle allowed me to stay within my budget and get the car I really wanted. I got an E400 coupe fully loaded with a beautiful blue and tan interior.
I had the pleasure and good fortune of working with Phil Saissi, Elder and Ahmad at Flagship Motors when purchasing my CLS400 recently. It was an emotional time for me as my dream car (CLS550) had recently been totalled, the insurance process was not easy, and so to find a team as helpful, supportive and empathetic was wonderful. They took care of the return of my Enterprise rental car; Ahmad drove me to my home and they sent John to collect me from my home to drive me back to Lynnfield to collect my new car. Every detail was taken care of. Phil even came in on the Friday he was supposed to be off work. Elder took me through the features of my new car, connected my phone to BlueTooth and patiently pointed out differences between the 400 and 550. Derek was efficient and effective at getting financing paperwork processed. Phil followed up with me a few times after the sale to ensure all was well, and to wish me a happy Thanksgiving. I am very pleased with the service received and recommend this dealership highly.
