I saw the Cars.com listing for a Audi Q7 at Mercedes of Encino and contacted them. I worked with Patrick Lau. From start to finish the deal was handled quickly and efficiently. Even though I was located over 100 miles from the dealership everything went perfectly.
Major Motor Cars is a great place to purchase a vehicle. I emailed them regarding a Mercedes they listed for sale. By the time I came in the vehicle I came into was being sold. I was upset at first but was greeted by the owner, Peter, actually the owner's son.
He took me into his office and charmed us. He didn't treat us like a typical salesperson. He promised to find me a similar vehicle to which I thought would be an empty promise. Sure enough he called me two days later to come in a drive the vehicle he had just purchased for me, with no deposit and no strings attached! I felt super comfortable coming down. The vehicle was as described in pristine condition. I was super happy about my decision to do business with Major Motor Cars and would happily refer my friends and family. Peter and his employees are heartfelt, easy going, and friendly to deal with.
a reminder, when you tell me that it will not take but another 25 minutes for an update, that is fine, but when you come back to me 2-3 times, that is not fine, that should have been on another service day.
Went to test drive an E350. Was greeted by salesperson shortly after walking in to the showroom and instead of immediately trying to "sell" me something, asked which model I was interested in and then asked me if I'd ever driven one. I replied I hadn't so instead of launching into a sales pitch, he offered me a test drive so I could be sure I even liked the car before we started talking about buying or leasing and pricing. Was very impressed with how I was treated and how easy it was to shop at Silver Star!
Had an amazing experience with Silver Star. I dealt with Ryan Huffman, first through the internet and then in person. Throughout the whole process he was friendly and informative but never pushy. He let me take my time with the decision and was the total opposite of what I expected a car salesman to be like! The rest of the staff was super friendly, and while I was walking around several salesmen approached to see if I needed help. Financing and paperwork was easy to get through ... overall got through the test drive and paperwork in about 3 hours. Much easier and simpler than I expected it to be! Highly highly recommended.
I get all my needs taken care of fast. Very courteous and attentive I would definitely recommend this dealership. I feel very confident when I get my vehicle back, I don???t worry because everything I ask or information is given to me regarding my car. Thanks Again
I purchased my CLA 250 in 2017. It is a wonderful car and my salesman Jason Hung was excellent.
I took my car in for regular service and recall. My service manager was Brian Edwards. I cant say enough good things about him- professional, service oriented, and very knowledgeable. I can see why he received the award (a robot).
The other person who deserves recognition is Mike - the service department manager who greets you when you drive up. Ive bought Jaguar and Mercedes at the old Pasadena location and worked with him there.

I got my 2016 C300 last weekend. Joseph Ovesepyan was the salesperson and his sales manger Willy Chia helping me w the purchase. He's very friendly, patient and helpful. Will definitely refer him to my friends and family! The experience was more pleasant than I expected. The entire transaction/negotiation was very smooth and hassle free. No back and forth, straight to the point which I like. Didn't waste time at all!
Peter Liew is undoubtedly the best. I've been leasing my MB cars from Peter Liew for the last 12 years. Each and every time, Peter goes out of his way to make the leasing process as smooth and as easy as possible. He knows exactly the model, color, and the amenities I want in the car. The fact that Peter remembers my car preference when I only see him when the lease is due, which is every 3 - 4 years, never ceases to amaze me. That is exemplary customer service. Recently, I did another lease with Peter and brought along our 4 year old daughter. Peter went out of his way to speed up the leasing process so that we could take our daughter to the nearby mall's playground before it got too late.
