I was contacted by their internet specialist who made my selection a breeze! I emailed her my preference and price range and she found the car that fits all category. Financing was easy - I emailed my guidelines and was pre-approved and scheduled a test drive same day! My sales rep and everyone at the sale floor was nice and courteous. I came out of there with the car I wanted, with the payment terms (including extended warranties, etc) within my budget and the car was impecable! You cant beat MB quality of product and service. This Mercedes is sporty and luxurious. The six cylinder engine gives it plenty of pep. It has all of the technical features one could hope for!
we were greeted by the nicest person on earth, they appraised our car while doing the walk around their dealership. My boyfriend ended up leasing a sweet Benz. Ask for Teddy and kevin when get there, super easy buying way.

I searched for the perfect car for car obsession of mine. From jaguar to Porsche I have been obsessed with performance. After owning a RWD mustang, I need I was looking for AWD and that limited me to German importants. The 911 s has everything but the price points limited my access to anything made in the last decade. So I drove my first 2016 Ecoupe and I was instantly satisfied with everything! Performance styling and comfort all combine for the perfect combination! I’m in love with this car and I’ve driven everything else on the market! I know you can purchase cars that have more performance or more luxury etc... but this car was good enough in all areas to please this customer!
Overall good experience with my purchase here. They offered a very fair deal on my dream car with only 2,900 miles. However, I traded in a 2017 sports car and didn't fare so well on that valuation. Despite the numbers game and quite a bit of pressure to come to the dealership, they did what I asked. Friendly and professional sales team who did what they said they would.

I have read all the comments and I notice there is not one about the noise the motor makes when you first start it. They say it is from the Turbo Charger in the 2016 thru 2019 models. The noise drives me crazy. Any one else have the same noise problem. Otherwise I love the car. It was the same as my 2013 E350 Sport but this rides a lot smoother. The Sport road very hard and I like a soft ride. Two service managers told me the same thing about the motor. If anyone has the same noise problem when you start up the car and the motor is cold please let me know at PLarosa101@aol.com. I would appreciate it.
I brought a used Mercedes Benz for trade-in yesterday in Mercedes Benz of Oakland, and I met Graeme , Parrinello, he was a very professional, polite and knowledgeable gentleman. He knows exactly what I wanted to trade. And he got me approved within 30 minutes, every quick and responsive! I successfully trade in with the 2014 E class which I found it very satisfied.
Not only that, he also gave me some free gifts! Since the 2014 isn't ready until next week, he got me a brand new E class as loaner. I really like this guy!!

This vehicle has a classy style. It has a lot of power. I love the command system. I have a panoramic sunroof which is nice. I wish I had leather seats instead of the MB tech materials.
Was shopping for a used car and had the mot wonderful experience with Claudia in finance ,Ted , who sold me the car of my dreams and everyone at Mercedes of Oakland !! Could not have had an easier or more delightful experience buying a used car!! I am so happy floating along in my E350!!

The car is a perfect blend of luxury and real life great performance. It has a very good safety rating too boot. We will purchase another E-Class the next time around.
Walked in with an old car, very low on cash and walked out in a new mercedes on the same day. Great customer service, Graeme is the best. Made everything very easy and convenient. No rush, took my time and found what I wanted. Excellent as 15 on a scale of ten.
I have now Idea why this dealer ship is so underrated , this dealership , went way and beyond our expectations , the price and service was right , I was in and out in 45 min buying a new car , I worked with ALi from sales and his manager Sami thank you both .

I just purchased this car and absolutely live it. Very solidly built. I was trying to decide between the E class and the BMW 5 series, so I spoke to the guy that used to service my BMW. He said that he doesn’t see many problems on the E class, but went through a laundry list of issues with the BMW.
We purchased a CPO C250 from a nice sales lady named Veronica Cheung the other day. She is fair, patience and professional, She made a stressful process a pleasant one. Although the detailing job of the C250 was not perfect, there are quite a few slight "noticeable defects"....worn-out volume switch on the steering wheel, dried excessive wax on cravasses of the body, some chipped paints, dusts on some internal area...etc. With the assurance of the Purchasing Manager and Veronica, I am sure all these minor things will be taken care of when I bring my car in when the promised part arrives. Kudo to The Mercedes Benz of San Francisco managment team, you folks really understand what Great Customer Service is ! PS. The ladies at the reception desk are very pleasant and helpful too, excellent first impression!
This is a fancy dealership being a Mercedes-Benz. However, their communication is really missed up. A car showed as available on their website. So, I inquired about it. Then, they called me again and said it was sold. A few days later they called me and said: guess what, we got a very similar car if I'm still interested. I go to the dealership and it is the EXACT SAME car. I meet a very nice salesman who helps me with a test drive. The next day, I get the customary followup call from the salesman. Later, the "internet sales" contact me if I had an questions and I asked about the best price for the car; and they said: "which car?". Hello!!! It is the car you are contacting me about! Their "internet sales" department needs to work on their communication. It is pretty missed up. Don't even bother with their internet sales. The on-ground salesmen are great.
I had searched long and hard for a 2011 Mercedes Benz E350 BlueTec. They are rare and hard to find in a good quality car. When one that looked like an excellent candidate surfaced in the cars.com search engine, the people at Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco went above and beyond to get us the information we asked for and needed to make an informed decision about the car. The staff worked after hours to secure our confidence that this car was the one I had been looking for, so I made the 300 mile drive on a Sunday to make it happen. I was greeted warmly and everyone there was professional, efficient and they treated me with courtsey and respect. The car was all it was advertised to be and even more, and the decision to purchase was an easy one. They assisted me in finding financing at favorable terms. After the sale an associate spent nearly an hour with me teaching me how to use all the features of my new car. If there was anything at all I was dissapointed with, it would be the offer extended for my trade-in. However, it was not out of line with what I had been offered by other dealers. The dealership is a beautiful building with a bright and inviting atmosphere. In summary, I am very, very pleased with my new E Class, and I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of San Francisco to anyone shopping for a car. I had a great experience and feel like I got an excellent value for the car I purchased.
I thoroughly enjoyed my used car shopping experience at Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco. I got a wonderful deal on a Cadillac SRX, but as a car-enthusiast with above average knowledge of the Mercedes Universe, I noticed that the sales department was very well-versed in their products and the competitions', which made for sincere and really informative conversations...as a person who has purchased over 24 different Cadillacs or other GM cars in a 17 year stretch...my favorite Cadillac purchase was at this Mercedes dealership. That speaks volumes about this establishment's working philosophy.
