My experience with Autohaus was beyond my expectations. Speciallt my sales associate, Mr. Michael Perez, was very friendly and very helpful in many ways. Mr. Perez tring to explain every little thing every possible way so I don't have any problems later on.
Mike Ward Fiat-Alfa Romeo made my buying experience very enjoyable. My salesman, Drew Phillips, was knowledgeable about the Porsche Boxster I bought. He quickly got to the point of sale without being pushy. The price was very fair for this pristine car. I liked the fact that all of their used cars are thoroughly inspected and serviced and have a report. My car was just out of factory warranty and was sold without an extended warranty, which I could have bought, but their professionalism convinced me that they knew cars and that this was in excellent condition. The dealership facility was spectacular and the folks were friendly. I had fun just seeing the exotic car show that was going on the day I bought the car. I would recommend that car enthusiasts take a tour of this huge, unique dealership loaded with McClarens, Ferraris, Porsches, Alfas and much more. You won't be attacked by a pushy salesman here.
Christopher Bartolini was aggressively knowledgeable in his craft, patient, kind and made me feel comfortable in making my choice. He did what it took to get me in the vehicle I wanted using the budget I gave. He made the deal happen to both our satisfaction.

When I got tired of the antics of the DC Metro area dealers, I decided to check out of area dealerships. In researching, I came across Helms Brothers in Bayside, New York. Through a referral, I reached out to an outstanding salesperson, Manny Rodriguez. He knows about every vehicle he sells, very professional, attentive and leaves no questions unanswered. It was a pleasure to have worked with Manny in regards to my GLA 250 lease. He is a valuable asset to Helms Brothers. He went way above and beyond to find me the perfect vehicle on my timeline and price range. Hard to believe that a dealer has awesome deals in NYC, but it's true and worth every mile to drive a little to save a lot!!! I will definitely consider Helms Brothers for future automotive needs. Just like the title says, this was by far the most painless car buying experience of my life. No high pressure sales tactics, no questionable behavior during the negotiation process, and all of the employees were polite and courteous. All of this despite the fact that I was not even there to buy a brand new M-B, I was looking at a used car of a different brand.
If you Hate high pressure sales people, sales people who aren???t knowledgeable about their product, and/or being tortured for hours at a car dealership???Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville will be your happy place! They made my car buying experience amazing 2 years ago and 2 weeks ago. Angela is the consumate professional???I called her with a need, and she solved it instantly, and had an email to me with follow-up pricing within the hour. Gary is wonderful, and Finance guy Morgan is a dream to work with???no haggling, no high pressure, just solid recommendations.

Jaleel Khan is the best. Setvice is perfect!! The service department is excellent and the product, the tires are great. The staff is professional , the waiting area is beautiful, as is the cafe . All is a great experience. I would definitely return to this dealership because of the professional received received through Jaleel. When I???m ready for another Mercedes I will definitely return to this dealership and continue to work with Jaleel. He is a most valued employee. I have always been satisfied ,as well , with the service department.
Excellent car buying experience. I felt this dealership put my needs first, ahead of their own. They acted with integrity, honesty and professionalism at every step, which is a refreshing way to buy a car. Also when returning for follow-up maintenance, again they exceeded my expectations. It was my first Mercedes purchase and this dealership was hands down the best, compared to others visited. The facility is top-notch, the people are kind, friendly and customer focused. There was zero pressure - it was a truly professional experience. Plus a more than fair deal. This is an excellent dealership - was obvious the people are focused on operating with highest integrity. This is the third time I have had my ML serviced at this dealership. Each time I have been treated respectfully and honestly. They performed the scheduled maintenance and also took care of some warranty issues on time as promised. Never a problem getting an appt. and I'm very happy with the customer service I have received from Spokane Mercedes.
Keith Diffenderffer was terrific from start to finish, and his offer to spend time with us after our purchase to make sure we got the most out of the car was much appreciated. He was also able to answer every question we had. i think Dale helped us in Finance. He was terrific, as well.
