I will definitely do business again with MB of Walnut Creek. I was in a market to purchase a new vehicle and looked their inventory online. I was contacted by their internet specialist who made my selection a breeze! I emailed her my preference and price range and she found the car that fits all category. Financing was easy - I emailed my guidelines and was pre-approved and scheduled a test drive same day! My sales rep and everyone at the sale floor was nice and courteous. I came out of there with the car I wanted, with the payment terms (including extended warranties, etc) within my budget and the car was impecable! You cant beat MB quality of product and service. I’ve had 3 of these cars. I trade up for a newer one every few years. It’s a reliable fun elegant car. I most likely will get another one soon.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Trey Onkst at Mercedes Benz. Although Trey had only recently transferred to this dealership, his facility with the product, his approach, his patience with us as we made our buying decision was just top notch. He even came and picked up our vehicle at our house to take care of a small scratch that occurred on delivery and brought the vehicle back to us. This car has far exceeded my expectations. The newly redesigned E-300 truly defines luxury! It’s as if they copied the interior from the S-Class, and pasted it into the new E-Class! I got the luxury model, so I have the emblem standing up on the hood, which I feel TRULY defines a Mercedes!
My review rating is based on the final outcome of the buying process. I can provide all the details about the process but that would not be relevant to most buyers here. The bottom line is that there were some issues with the car like the leaking front tire & some detailing issues. This should not have happened to a CPO but after a few phone calls to the sales manager and speaking to the GM of the branch, all those issues were fixed. They even helped with additional stuff like nav updates and engine software fix which is not part of the CPO process.
Overall, we are very happy with our car and quite impressed with the post-sale experience at this dealership.

This car exceeded my expectations and I am happy that Mercedes listened to its customers regarding features it would like the E-350 to have and they made those changes what is now the E300.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I have now Idea why this dealer ship is so underrated , this dealership , went way and beyond our expectations , the price and service was right , I was in and out in 45 min buying a new car , I worked with ALi from sales and his manager Sami thank you both .

2017 E 300 Disappointment

Horribly functionality and unreliable electronics. I just don't trust this car.
I am forced to put my starter in a specific dock for charging in the dashboard; just give me a key please if I have to put it somewhere. No recognition of a baby carriage coming right at my car as I was in slow traffic, but when I pull into my garage the beeping system goes nuts; and the worse navigation system.
The problem with the car started with black "brake-dust" covering the front wheels, which the dealer said was normal; I never had a Mercedes with that problem.
I previously had 2 E-350's and they were reliable, with a more powerful engine and a pleasure to drive. The new version lacks the power, with technology that doesn't work like it should.
I'll take my 2016 GLE 350 SUV and WAZE any day.
This review is for the periodic maintenance with my advisor, Jimmy Ho. Jimmy's team's great. Jimmy has been my go to advisor for the last few 10,000 maintenance services and I will continue to bring my car to him for service in the future. Everything was done on time and I feel that my car runs much smoother after it's been serviced. The shuttle service for drop-off and pick-up is definitely an added benefit. Drivers are polite and the cars are clean.

This car is extremely comfortable, and is also a head turner. It is wonderful on long trips with its air suspension and driver assistance technology. Decent gas mileage on the highway, but it requires premium.
It is expensive though. It has a beautiful black paint job that I feel compelled to wash nearly every day. Very little ground clearance, (my previous vehicle was a SUV). It is a highway vehicle only.
I truly want to thank you from the bottom of my heart to Ron Reyes I had an absolute amazing experience with him every single time I have taken my vehicle they???re also with another advisor Payam peikazi these two advisers Are absolutely amazing worth the experience of going and taking your vehicle and they both take care of the customer right when you reach there until their customers vehicles ready for pick up I absolutely love this dealership I believe Fremont Mercedes is the top Mercedes dealership in California I have every time I came in there and left me with an amazing experience I want to thank Mercedes for having such service advisors

This car has a ton of technology it’s amazing. From the LED headlights and taillights to the handles lighting up at night. Not only are their lights on the outside it’s also all over the inside, on the door sill, the colored interior lighting it’s an overall amazing experience. Also noting the exterior the all glass roof that looks black gives a good looking contrast from a white or silver car. The front seats hug you in place and the rear is extremely spacious. Not to forget the dual digital displays are beautiful. At a price point of 57-68k it has the best overall features. I’m a BMW fan at heart but bmw, Audi, Cadillac, and Lexus all cannot compete with a car as well put together as this is. The only problem with the 2017 E300 is the 4 cyclinder engine is poor in sound but when your riding in comfort and style who cares’
