Excellent car buying experience. I felt this dealership put my needs first, ahead of their own. They acted with integrity, honesty and professionalism at every step, which is a refreshing way to buy a car. Also when returning for follow-up maintenance, again they exceeded my expectations. It was my first Mercedes purchase and this dealership was hands down the best, compared to others visited. The facility is top-notch, the people are kind, friendly and customer focused. There was zero pressure - it was a truly professional experience. Plus a more than fair deal. This is an excellent dealership - was obvious the people are focused on operating with highest integrity. Many luxury and safety features and excellent for all senses. Excellent ventilation system with ionizer and perfume, advanced audio system, very quiet and comfortable cabinet, with superior interior and driving illumination. The engine is powerful and the transmission very smooth. Premium Package 2 is a "must" for this vehicle.
I purchased my new 1998 Audi A4 originally from Scottsdale Audi. My service advisor Al Rizzo, had been exceptional. I love my car and want to keep it in tip top shape. Al has the 6th sense to anticipate future problems. He is very professional, and yet understands how I love my car. When I use valet service at resorts, often the bellmen want to purchase my car....it is immaculate. Thank you Al, for your continued care!

Wonderfully comfortable car with all the modern technology. But it is under-powered. It has the same engine as C300, but heavier car. If you just want luxury but don't care about performance, this is the car for you.
I came to Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma in the beginning of October and I was greeted by Augustus in the sales department. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and took me around to show me different cars that might work for me when I am ready. With every other car buying experience I’ve had, if I would have told the salesman that I was not ready to buy they would not have given me the time of day or would have been so pushy. But this time was so refreshing. Will definitely go through Augustus and Mercedes of Tacoma when I am ready!

Great car and fun to drive! The new 400E Cabriolet is an awesome car on the road, with it's different modes for the sports feel, sound, and speed. Very roomy and stylist interior as well sleek outside design!
Cassie did a great job helping with us being from Indy and needing to make sure the truck was what we wanted before making the drive up. The only disappointment was they did not fill up the vehicle and the detailing was fair.
We have bought three cars from RBM, all from Eric Konigsberg, who has gone above and beyond what we have experienced at any other car dealer over the years. We'll buy our next one from him as well. Service had also been excellent. In over 20 years we have had only two service reps. Dennis Phillips is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

She referred me to Casey while taking time to contact her on my behalf. When I finally connected with Casey I set an appointment to see her thinking she was in sales. She was extremely helpful and made herself available to meet me Saturday at the showroom only to find out she works in Finance; but informed me she was going to get me someone to assist me and she did. My sales consultant was and is Frederick. He was such a pleasure to work with during the leasing process. My husband who is not easily impressed was very impressed with his mannerism, caring and knowledge of cars; especially the Mercedes. Needless to say this was a class ???A??? experience for us both! I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the best the best experience that I have had. My wife and I negotiated a purchase of a 2018 GLC 300 SUV this summer. We were pretty close on the deal but my wife and I at the last minute decided to hold off until the end of the year. The dealership was very understanding and did not try to pressure us. We came back and expressed an interest in the same deal just before thanksgiving. The sales person said he was having trouble finding a similar 2018 car but found a 2019 car with the same numbers . He made a proposal by email and I countered with a slightly better trade in number on my old car and we had e a deal without my even having to come into the dealership. My wife and I came to the dealership on Black Friday and we closed the deal including all paperwork in less than 3 hours. The closer was very organized and the extra options were clearly presented by him. The dealer Harry Sugerman was very profesiomal and patient with all my wife's questions about the operating features of the car. The building includIng the service area is immaculate and very well organized. We brought the car in to the dealership few days later to have the car paint coated and that went very smoothly. The best thing is that we love our car. I had bought an mercedes ML series SUV years ago and was not that happy with the car. This 2019 SUV is a major improvement. We have owned AUDI Q5s the last 8 years and this GLC is a big step up for us n safely, styling and handling. Looks to me like mercedes has made a clesr concerted effort to jump to the top of the heap in th luxury car market. Mercedes benz Bonita is a great new addition to the Naples car market. Looks like we have found a new home.

I recently purchased a used vehicle at Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs. It was a positive experience from start to finish. What has been most impressive though, is the follow up since the sale. I've reached out to my salesman (Thomas Nagy) multiple times with a variety of questions. Each time, he responded quickly and professionally. This was the kind of service Thomas promised as we were negotiating the sale, and he has delivered.
We got our new GLC from Ray Catena recently and were very happy with the overall experience. From setting up time for the test drive to the actual decision, the service was professional, friendly and very customized. We worked with Lenny, who was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and responsive, and not at all intrusive like so many other car salespeople. 5 stars from us!
My experience was excellent at Ray Catena of Union!! I was unsure what I wanted from a new to pre-certified Mercedes but after searching for about a week both online and at other dealerships I knew who I wanted to buy car from....Chris Bradfield. Chris was professional, knowledgeable and always listened to my questions and understood my goals. He politely took me out for test drives and while I didn't buy the brand new Mercedes I did end up buying a pre-owned vehicle which was better suited for my budget. I think Chris is a great representation of the dealership and while I know he was fairly new, he was trained very well and if he didn't know the answers, he knew where to go to get them. I applaud the managment of Ray Catena Union for identifying good talent and giving young professionals (like his brother Nick) an opportunity to grow in the organization. Chris is a real asset to the dealership and I can see him continuing to grow and assume further managment/leadership at some point. Thank you!!
With a bit a creative financing Matthew was able to allow me to upgrade to a vehicle that initially, potentially seemed to be out of reach. He also allowed me out get out of my current lease two months early. All the details of turning in my old vehicle were taken care of. I was very pleased.
