These cars are very very reliable, the engine gives the driver of power over and stability over most other cars, the car is very quiet considering the 300 eye popping, seat of the pants performance, the E class makes you feel like a spell person, and you would be if you bought one today.

After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.

I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.

He worked out some numbers before my long drive but it was well worth it. Very good person, took me for test drive and spoke like we knew each other. I’m a 20+ year certified auto tech. I have experience with vehicles as early as the teens and as new as 2026 from all over the world. I hardly EVER have anyone work on my vehicles due to my concern it will not be done to the manufacturer standards or to mine. When I do get my Mercedes serviced or worked on by someone else, it is this dealership and only this one. I’m the second owner of my car and I’m over 200k miles with NO major repairs. This dealership has taken care of this vehicle since the original owner bought it new. Their techs are very knowledgeable and very experienced, service advisors are genuine, honest, they listen and put up with all my little concerns, (don’t wash it, don’t scratch my wheels, etc), the parts department has helped me out on several occasions. The sales department makes sure I get my hot coffee and they always take the time to show me the new models, knowing I won’t buy one. This dealership has done nothing but given me the upmost respect more than anyone I’ve ever met in the Industry. From the time I drop my keys off to the time I pick them up I’m worry free and I know I’m in good hands. If I didn’t own my own shop, this is where my tool box would be.

I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.

The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!
