I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the best the best experience that I have had. My wife and I negotiated a purchase of a 2018 GLC 300 SUV this summer. We were pretty close on the deal but my wife and I at the last minute decided to hold off until the end of the year. The dealership was very understanding and did not try to pressure us. We came back and expressed an interest in the same deal just before thanksgiving. The sales person said he was having trouble finding a similar 2018 car but found a 2019 car with the same numbers . He made a proposal by email and I countered with a slightly better trade in number on my old car and we had e a deal without my even having to come into the dealership. My wife and I came to the dealership on Black Friday and we closed the deal including all paperwork in less than 3 hours. The closer was very organized and the extra options were clearly presented by him. The dealer Harry Sugerman was very profesiomal and patient with all my wife's questions about the operating features of the car. The building includIng the service area is immaculate and very well organized. We brought the car in to the dealership few days later to have the car paint coated and that went very smoothly. The best thing is that we love our car. I had bought an mercedes ML series SUV years ago and was not that happy with the car. This 2019 SUV is a major improvement. We have owned AUDI Q5s the last 8 years and this GLC is a big step up for us n safely, styling and handling. Looks to me like mercedes has made a clesr concerted effort to jump to the top of the heap in th luxury car market. Mercedes benz Bonita is a great new addition to the Naples car market. Looks like we have found a new home.
I recently purchased a used vehicle at Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs. It was a positive experience from start to finish. What has been most impressive though, is the follow up since the sale. I've reached out to my salesman (Thomas Nagy) multiple times with a variety of questions. Each time, he responded quickly and professionally. This was the kind of service Thomas promised as we were negotiating the sale, and he has delivered.
Amazing customer service all very polite and helpful on trying to make sure your happiness is achieved. When I was not sure about the vehicle I was originally mistreated in they helped me find a car around the price and model I wanted.
As he always has, service advisor Chuck Griffith again went above and beyond for me providing exceptional customer service rarely found anymore these days. He understands that a premium ownership experience drives customer loyalty. I called him to make an appointment for a passenger power seat malfunction on my 2015 X3. He called to my attention that my warranty was going to expire in just 3 days. I thanked him, but told him there was no rush to get an appointment because had purchased an extended warranty from Germain BMW earlier in the year. He quickly reviewed the documentation for on file for my vehicle and reminded me that the extended warranty has a $250 deductible. With a genuine customer focused sense of urgency, he was able to schedule the service appointment for the we following day and provide me with his personal loaner vehicle which we needed because were rushing around with Dr. appointments, etc. prior to flying back to Milwaukee for the holidays, and have only one vehicle her in Florida. I am extremely grateful to Chuck for everything he did to save me $250 with such a small window of opportunity and making it so convenient for me. Like he has in the past, he made me feel like I am his only customer. And as a valued Germain BMW owner, he returns that loyalty with unparalleled service, support and convenience. Accordingly, my rating is a ???slam dunk??? 5 stars, and even higher if your rating scale allowed.
We have purchased or leased a "substantial" number of vehicles over several decades. This was the best experience we have had with dealership personnel starting with the receptionist who connected us Arlington Fritz who introduced to his manager Syed Madni. From our entrance to the dealership through to closing the deal with Financial Manager Anthony Leli it was a pleasurable experience.
Kris Waskowski was awesome..I bought my Mercedes 2 weeks before I started north from Florida and I had to call him 2-3 times because I wasn’t familiar with the car. He always walked me through the situation with absolutely no hesitation. STRONGLY DISAGREE WITH TIRE ASSESSMENT. SOMETING WRONG WITH $350 PIRELLIS ALMOST IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT AT 20 K MILES!!! EITHER MERCEDES GOOFED INTALLING THESE TIRES OR PIRELLI SCEWED UP.

Having purchased 6-7 LS since 1991 (one 430 from Scanlan) I had to buy my last two LS460s from Orlando. Why, their volume and price. Each time I gave Scanlan and Germain a chance, neither stepped up to find the car I wanted. I met Heather Cotorakas a few years ago and she made me promise to give her a shot when I was ready to buy a 2018. We talked in April before I headed North, and when I returned in October - she "made it happen". Heather knows her cars, knew my choice of LS500s and was able to come to a price and trade in that was executable w/o hours of haggling. Good to buy locally again. Thanks, Heather.

Pleasant young man. When I go shopping for cars I hate high pressure sales pitch people. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure but lots of helpful information. He has called to follow up and still no pressure, but wanted me to remember his name so I wrote it down. I'm not ready to buy now however I'm impressed by his courteous demeanor. I will definitely be back when I'm 100% ready to buy a car. In a way I feel bad I'm not ready to buy the car so I wanted to at least leave a good review, I know most of the time the only reviews are the negative ones and I try to make it a point when I receive good service to point it out and let management know a good impression was made.
