Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

These cars are very very reliable, the engine gives the driver of power over and stability over most other cars, the car is very quiet considering the 300 eye popping, seat of the pants performance, the E class makes you feel like a spell person, and you would be if you bought one today.

I bought a 2016 Red E400 4Matic coupe with 49K miles on it in Dec 2023. I've had no problems with it and have only brought it in for it's once a year maintenance (I drive less than 10K a year). My only other expense was slapping new tires on it. The vehicle has the right amount of tech on it, and it's a smooth on the road and quick on the pickup when I need it. This is my first Mercedes (lifelong Toyota and Lexus owner) and can definitely say this will not be my last Mercedes.

I am writing ANOTHER review for Trend Auto since I continue to use them for maintenance issues regarding my used Toyota Sienna that I purchased from them years ago. I have had several issues pop up through the years regarding my van and not only have they resolved each and every problem, they did so in a very reasonably priced and expedient manner. I got my Mercedes-benz 2016 E class E400 saloon/sedan V6 back in 2016. The vehicle currently has 34,637 miles and has been phenomenal. That M276 engine has performed magnificently without any issues at all. Not one scratch or dent not even any swirls exterior paint. The two tone designio interior leather as well as the exterior obsidian metallic black is just like day one when new. All electronics functioning perfectly no issues. The only thing I had to replace was the battery which is perfectly common after several years. All maintenance has been performed over the years as scheduled. No oil leaks or leaks of any fluid. It's been nine years since I had my E400, and I can see many more to come. Being this my first Mercedes-benz I can say confidently this has been the best vehicle I've ever own hands down.

Bought my black 2016 E350 4Matic used from dealer with 1600 mi. In 2017. Not too many bells and whistles, but has been very reliable and easy to maintain. Now has 37,600 miles (2024). This car is so much fun to drive. I always get complimented on it’s looks and styling. The acceleration is outstanding and handles like a sports car. Just replaced rear brakes and tires will need replacing soon. I would highly recommend this car.

I mistakenly sold my 2012 E350 in 2023 thinking I should upgrade to an SUV. I regretted selling the wagon, though the 2020 MB GLB was a very nice vehicle. So I found a 2011 E350 wagon and couldn't been happier. Maintenance is key, yes. But the leather (not MBTex) wears very well, and the exterior is flawless.

I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.
