We were also trying to find a dealership where the staff and owner were committed to the long term and looking past the immediate sale. All of the staff we dealt with has been with the dealership 10 years or longer. He responded quickly to my online inquiry with his professionalism. And then had the vehicle that I wanted to view, pulled up and ready for me to test drive right when I arrived to the dealership after work. It was a very rainy day and I was met with the car in a covered area for my convenience. He was ver informative and quick to answer my questions. I had purchased my GLK in 2015 with another salesperson and the service was impeccable, so I knew when it came to do business again, the decision was simple. I called Ronnie a couple days before and told him my situation and was on it from the start. My father and I came to dealership, we traded in my GLK, test drove the new the car, sealed the deal and was out in no time. We laughed and maintained a genuine rapport. I purchased a certified pre-own S550 in August 2018. My brake light warning appeared in October 2018. I took my car in for repair. I was informed that the Rotors both back and front, plus brake pads both back and front must be replaced. Cost $2103. This was a shock since I only had the car for 2 months. They informed me that these repairs was not covered so the cost of the repair was my responsibility. My issue is certified pre-own means the car should have been fully inspected before being sold. There is no way I could have worn out Rotors and brakes in 2 months. Several managers at this dealership contacted me and made resolution to my issue very quickly. I am happy with the outcome and will continue my relationship with Mercedes Benz of Columbus Ga
