I have a 2018 E400 Cabriolet. It is a great car. We use this car for the summer and for driving vacations. Mileage is very good,30mpg on the highway. Can not stress the comfort enough great road car, smooth ride, quiet, great handling, and cornering. Very nice styling and beautiful interior great sound system, heads up display, virtual dash is customizable with many options. A real pleasure to own and drive. a pleasure to drive.

I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

When needing a reliable, cost effective and trustworthy car I found a BMW with low mileage available at the CarPoint Auto Group through the Internet. I asked, who are these people nearly an hour’s drive from my home but the car looked really fit for purpose. When I drove to this small and out of the place location in South River (I live near Chester, NJ) I was really excited to see their stock of class cars both old, and new in outstanding conditions. This excited me as well as viewing the lower cost BMW fit for my purpose. Then I met Victoria Mora the sales consultant whom had kindly contacted me from the Internet interactions re the BMW. She had been both friendly and helpful in her phone call and mirrored that when we met and she was delightful. Explained about the history of the car, its benefits for my needs and allowed me to test drive kindly handling my own car that was parked in a less than convenient spot - kind of her. When we returned, Victoria neither pushed not pressured any sale but listened to my questions and gave honest and prompt responses such that I felt through her I already knew the car and had been driving it for years. She was instrumental in my quickly wanting to purchase the car. But I could not collect immediately so she accommodated my distant needs without hesitation despite it being a small inconvenience to her and the owner; they were so accommodating. When I drove to collect, being short of time due to poor traffic conditions, Victoria was swift, efficient, friendly and outgoingly helpful that we completed the sale/purchase formalities swiftly and without a hitch and I was able to drive off in the BMW to meet my previous appointments made possible only because of her professionalism, customer dedication and kindness. Now I know about this small, out of the way jewel and when I move from this fit for purpose BMW I will most certainly visit them again and aim to upgrade to a more sophisticated model that better suits my dreams. I have 2019 450 4matic coupe with the bells and whistles. Fantastic luxury sport car. Super smooth, powerful, beautiful, reliable, and good highway gas milage (32mpg) at 80. Originally leased then liked so much I had to buy. Nothing but routine maintenance for 75k miles.

Have 40k and only maintenance has been annual oil changes and a new set of tires. Ride is super comfortable, interior is total luxury. First Mercedes we have owned, owed BMWs and Porches, and would definitely buy Mercedes again. Get compliments from anyone riding in the car. Only nit is navigation, but we use Apple CarPlay so no big deal

The confidence you feel driving a Mercedes’ is unmatched, unfortunately there are few discrepancies ..The seats are too confining, you can’t squirm or move in any direction. I think these movements are necessary for long term driving.A lot of the options the car has are complicated to use and some even unnecessary. As for the handling, braking, response time is excellent! my sixth Mercedes, but it’s my first new One!! The overall experience thus far has been Great !! Bravo Mercedes!

2018 e300 4matic sedan luxury package w premium package 1.2 & 3 This car is a pleasure, the 4cyl jumps and at 75-80 you feel like you are doing 50 in regular car. Bought w 45,000 have 88,000 on the clock. Only costs were brakes and rotors, and thermostat at 75k. Great acceleration super comfortable ride. Sold a 2014 e350 convertible to get the sedan. Drop top was awesome but kids appreciate more space in sedan. In the snow it is a beast, in the rain it’s a monster, riding on 18’s and switched out the tub flats for fat diaper tires, but the ride is a dream. Looked at 2020 740 Bmw and believe it or not the drivers cabin felt bigger in the eclass?!? Big enough but not unwieldy, it Moves to 100 mph really easy can’t imagine what the e400/e500 is like. The self driving is a gimmick heads up display is ok but not needed, heated seats are a must, and the mb-tex seats are a disappointment on a $75+ car Navigation blows… other than that it’s a 10/10. Changed drive belts as a precaution use liquid moly oil, it makes the direct injection motor idle quieter. Run regular gas not super

I recently had a great shopping experience at European Masters with a salesperson Luis. He was very courteous and professional, obviously having customer`s best interest in mind. I initially contacted them over the phone and spoke to melissa, an internet sales rep. She politely answered all my questions and made an appointment for the following Monday. Upon arrival a vehicle of my interest was all prepped and shining. All in all I did spend there quite some time including a test drive, applying for financing, which turned out to be of better terms than my own that I previously was approved for and signing a contract. At the end of the day I drove off in my new car and was very satisfied with the process. Being a 3yr old the car had a highway mileage in Pennsylvania and drove and felt like new. Before this place I shopped in two other dealerships in Long Island and they both felt very disorganised and unprofessional. This place has a great selection of premium higher-end European cars, mostly BMW, Benz, Porsche. The condition of each looked top notch. And best part was that they walk their talk by following their promise and reconditioning some worn off part that didn`t look the best. Thank you, guys, thank you, Luis.

I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

This has been my 5th MB, and is one of my favorites to date. It is an E400 4-matic coupe. Looks great, and even though 6 years old, most people think it is new. performance is not track-worthy but perfect for touring and everyday driving. Has been bulletproof mechanically and i consistently get 22-24 mpg average with spirited driving. Having the old screen is cumbersome, but I'm sure they have fixed it with newer models.

I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.

I bought this to replace an aging Audi A6. Wanted similar luxury, safety, and tech in a bit of a smaller vehicle. While I got what I was searching for, there is definitely a significant change in the luxurious feel in the ride. My 2019 Audi definitely had a more lush and comfortable feel. This E class is a 4cyl TC while the Audi was a 6cyl. I know that make a big difference on power. This E class is not under-powered, it's just that the Audi was a beast. If I had to make the purchase again, I'd get the 6cyl E450.

Owned for a month so far. Aside from a slight rattle occasionally in the passenger door everything is great. Still on the 1000 mile engine break-in but it is very quick. Gas mileage is running about 20 MPG in town and 29 on the highway. Very comfortable and feels very much like a luxury car. Traded in a 2016 Audi A6 which was also a very good car. The E450 just feels more luxurious and quicker. Slightly better steering feel as well.

I bought a 2016 Red E400 4Matic coupe with 49K miles on it in Dec 2023. I've had no problems with it and have only brought it in for it's once a year maintenance (I drive less than 10K a year). My only other expense was slapping new tires on it. The vehicle has the right amount of tech on it, and it's a smooth on the road and quick on the pickup when I need it. This is my first Mercedes (lifelong Toyota and Lexus owner) and can definitely say this will not be my last Mercedes.
