I?ve been taking my 2003 Tacoma prerunner to Toyota service since 2003 . Every time I go it great, all the service managers are nice and friendly. My service manager Edwin is a great manager. He understands everything that has come up on my truck. I?ve never had any issues with there service and if they find anything wrong they let me know and if it needs immediate repair or it needs to be addressed on my next service appointment. The W210 is a great vehicle, no doubt. Maintenance is critical, and don't try and nickel and dime things. Use the proper oils and fluids and that will help things run smoothly. Repairs can be pricey but, there are independent shops that can help . The only downside for me is rust, as these are prone to this issue. The turbodiesel is legendary, and will go for over 250k miles and BEYOND.

I love this car! It looks great, handles wonderfully and the ride is exceptional. I went with the 2020 model because I don't care for the grill design implemented since 2021. I got the traditional grill with hood ornament which is what I preferred. The only disappointment for me was not having a touch screen. It's a bit cumbersome to manually navigate through all the screens using multiple inputs (especially while driving) but I'm getting accustomed to it. I would recommend this car to anyone!!

Natalie was awesome. Professional and friendly. Service and brake pads. Suggested only front brake pads were necessary. And tire rotation. Car was clean and ready early for pickup. Have been a customer for 20 plus years.

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. I have had 3 of these over the past 18 years, the most recent being for the past 8. Same model - E350 4Matic. This model is solid! Before I purchased my first E350, I checked with Consumer Reports on reliability, cost of ownership,etc. This car came out as RECOMMENDED and it does not disappoint! I'm sorry if people who have reviewed this car negatively have done so based on limited personal experience. But as a long time E350 owner, I can tell you if you take care of this vehicle, it will love you back. I have had VERY LITTLE go wrong with my cars, so the 'high cost of ownership' just does not come into play if you do what you are supposed to do while owning it.
