This review is long overdue. Dominique Torres has assisted us multiple times since we got our EQS about a year ago, and each experience has been outstanding. She’s always been a pleasure to work with – easy to reach, quick to respond, and proactive in providing timely updates. Most recently, I had an issue with a headlight. I called Dominique in the morning, and she told me I could bring the car in later that same day. I stopped by House of Imports after work, and Dominique promptly received the vehicle and took care of everything. She even offered a courtesy car in case mine needed to stay overnight, but the issue was resolved in about 30 minutes, and I was back on the road in no time. That’s what excellent service looks like. In recent years, I’ve noticed a general decline in customer service across many places – but not here. Its’s refreshing to work with someone like Dominique who consistently goes above and beyond. This is exactly how you retain clients and turn them into repeat customers.

I traded in my car for a better one at lower payments. I'm very happy with how they treated me, didn’t push me, didn’t try to fool me. I had a totally pleasant experience at the Audi Long Beach dealership as I was interested in an Audi TTS advertised online. Mr. Kien Phan provided clear, competent details of the essential functions of the vehicle both during the test drive and after the purchase, and Mr Sepulveda patiently discussed financial aspects of the purchase and trade-in over two days (since I needed an overnight reflection period!). When I returned for additional questions after the purchase was satisfactorily completed, Mr. Phan again took the time to answer fully all my requests (in particular I could not raise the spoiler, and I am one of those who hate to check details on an online document). In fact, Mr. Phan found for me an actual paper technical manual, which made me very happy. I know that I can rely on the staff for any follow-up issues. Thank you to all for your competence and courtesy! I love my new TTS. I used to have the first TT quattro model (1999- 2000) that I kept for 13 years, and drove safely in snow, ice and hot weather. I missed it when I subsequently bought a different car. Now I'm happy to drive again this beautiful, dynamic machine, and I am sorry Audi decided to discontinue this great vehicle. In conclusion, I believe that the Audi dealership at Long Beach meets all the professional standards one can expect when buying a new vehicle.
