It was my first time purchasing a car and Jorge was my sales associate. He made the whole process very pleasant and stress free. He went above and beyond by answering all the questions I had and even staying after hours to make sure I had a satisfactory experience. I totally recommend him to whoever is looking for a car, even if is your first time doing it like me. He was very professional and carismatic too
The assistant customer service manager name Cesar Leon was extremely rude and dismissive. He literally told me “I don’t have to explain myself to you.”
How is that service? He said he couldn’t take care of me because he had to leave and he was dismissive. Strangely enough he was still sitting at his desk on his phone 45 minutes later.
And I would never expect this type of treatment at a luxury dealership like Mercedes-Benz. I would never come back to this location again and an experience like this would make me hesitant to stay with Mercedes for my next car
The customer care manager, Oliver, what’s professional and truly made time to listen to my complaints. And unfortunately, it was a little too late as my day was already ruined with the rude attitude of Cesar Leon .
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. It was easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. Raffi and Amado were great to work with. They are good, honest guys that never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. They answered all of my questions during my car buying experience and continue to keep in touch even after the sale. I couldn't be happier with my car and my decision to work with them.
We are a 4 car family and I wanted to upgrade to lower miles and later years. As I was in no hurry, I spent months researching and dialing into the market. In the last few months we bought 3 cars from Jeff and are very happy with them. Not only was I getting the best price in the country each time but more importantly, he knows how to pick plums. All were well kept, one owner, low miles, mechanically sound, clean, and upscale. He's also not like other car salesman. He's laid back, not pushy at all, and also very honest and fair. We're looking forward to buying our next car from him again.
