I inquired about the car and received 2 very polite calls from Darryl. I appreciate his helpfulness but my schedule did not permit me to go over to look at the vehicle. They certainly were not overly pushy which I liked.
This my third car that I've bought from A Motors. As usual, big selection of quality used cars. Service was impeccable, and the staff will try every which way to help put you in the right car. Financing was abreeze inspite of my spotty credit.
This was a good car-buying experience. The salesman was Richard Cortez and he was calm, practical, listened to what I said and didn’t try to override me. No one at this dealership wasted time, and although everyone wants to get the best deal possible, especially a car dealership, I never felt less than in control of the negotiation or pressured. I felt that Richard had his manager’s support throughout. Everyone was nice as well as low key, including the finance manager I dealt with. I like the CX5 I bought, but to put the cherry on top, the GM of the dealership, largest in the city, thanked me for my business. Kudos to North Park Mazda.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I was in the market for a new suv/crossover. After doing tons of research I found mission mitsubishi. They had this promotion $4,500 cash for junkers that allowed me to lower my monthly payments significantly! The crazy thing is I didn't have a junk car to trade in and they still give their me the $4,500. I wouldn't say my credit is amazing, but they really did work with me and helped me throughout the entire process. In all honesty this dealership only wants to help people feel confident buying a car and with their service and friendliness I was able to drive my new Eclipse off the lot knowing I could rely on them if my car needed anything. When talking to the salesman I asked why does your dealership say #1 in the United States. He simply told me they sell the most mitsubishi cars in the U.S. which is no surprise because without a doubt I would by my wife's next vehicle here just because of how much they care about their customers. A lot of the time you forget that where you buy the vehicle is just as important as to what vehicle you buy. At Mission Mitsubishi you get the best of both worlds, solid and trustworthy dealership with the most reliable cars on the market!
Sure do like their service dept and people! They seem to really know what they are doing and state of the art garage.... We changed over after years with Chevrolet-Boerne who've failed in the service department last year....causing our vehicles further problems instead of fixing problems. After so many expensive problems with Chevrolet dealership, we decided to switch to GMC on next truck. Bought a new GMC-2400HD and since then have had GMC-Boerne take care of the regular service maintenance with great results. It's MOST important when you buy a vehicle to KNOW the dealership can follow through with servicing it!!! Professional, attentive, knowledgeable "partners".
