This is a dealership without commissions...they had no incentive other than to collaborate to make me happy. Unlike other dealership experiences where my entire experience was a draw of the luck of the agent who would reach me first, here I encountered collaboration between various employees, all with the common purpose of helping me find the right auto. No pressure with purchase. Excellent follow-up. Impressed.
Karina Kirkmire did an outstanding job of assisting me with any questions I had, and being a top notch professional. She was not pushy and she was very helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend her. Finance Manager Rachel Abielmona was also very helpful and a great communicator with any questions I had.
Keith in sales is top drawer, he found the vehicle with the options that best suited our business, and gave us all the information we needed to make a comprehensive decision - with out pressure to buy. Just one small thing and the details are so important, remind all the car wash staff who vacuum to get the seat crevices that collect crumbs on the top of the seat. We were very impressed with our sales person, who had great follow up and customer service. However since purchasing our vehicle, they have lost both of their certified AMG specialists and the service windows have over promised and under delivered. The service space is too small to accommodate the volume at this dealership. No car wash or vacuum service which means the car is not in the same shape as it was when you dropped it off.
I came to Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma in the beginning of October and I was greeted by Augustus in the sales department. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and took me around to show me different cars that might work for me when I am ready. With every other car buying experience I’ve had, if I would have told the salesman that I was not ready to buy they would not have given me the time of day or would have been so pushy. But this time was so refreshing. Will definitely go through Augustus and Mercedes of Tacoma when I am ready!

I had a difficult to diagnose issue with my C450 transmission. The service manager, John Shepard, quickly identified a tricky issue and obtained the software fix from Germany and scheduled a service appointment. The appointment was carried out in an equally skilled and efficient manner by the service adviser, Garrett, and an unidentified tech. The gist of all this is that these guys did what the selling dealer could not, did it with a smile, and got it right. Sum: MB of Lynwood is all you have to know. (I did write the owners and suggest raises and bonuses! ;) )
Addendum: I should add that the measure of any dealer's service department lies in the hard, not the easy cases. I've been driving performance cars for nearly 50 years, and this department gets an A+.
