When buying a car (new or used), we're used to having to gird our loins and step into battle. The two-and-froing is typically exasperating and an ordeal. We were both very pleasantly surprised by our experience with Mercedes-Benz of Denver. We had several options for a Toyota commuter - from Toyota dealerships close to home - but we opted for MB of Denver due to their responsiveness and the fact that they listened to what we wanted and were very accommodating. It was worth the drive. Our salesman Mark was phenomenal; understated, professional and respectful of our time. If needed I'd buy and shop here again. The salesman Britt P. was pleasant to work with too. I wanted a better finance rate because my credit score told me I could get one. I was advised to check around. In the end I was able to get a lower rate from another source and get the vehicle I wanted. I live in TX, It was out of state purchase. I bought car without test drive. car came clean, full tank of gas. most important no surprise. all made east by Derek Jones. Simply The Best. Jones Great response with timely manner. good Follow-up. polite very respectful, Easy and smooth transaction. Stephanie Vaughan was very good as well. only feedback they need to sand paper work wright away. not 3 week later. some stat like Texas car need to register with in 30 day to avoid penalty.
