I've always hated dealerships for service because they force you to deal with a pushy, unkowledgeable salesperson instead of a mechanic. Not only did Veterans Ford not try and up-sell me every stupid, useless service imaginable, they were perfectly ok when I said I wanted to wait on certain services. Huh? It's like the Narnia of dealership service departments. They also seemed knowledgeable and happy to be working there. My first trip I was confused because I was treated like a human being, you could have conversations with them instead of just them talking at you. Sadly my car was totaled and my needs have changed (minivan), so I went with a Honda. I have a service contract with it, or else I would have no problem bringing it to Veterans Ford for service.
I am so glad that we took the time to search this location for a vehicle. The knowledgeable and friendly staff made the process enjoyable. It was definitely worth our drive to get here. I would highly recommend this dealership to others.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Great dealership and employees. Andy Mrasz was a total pleasure to deal with for my annual Mercedes service. He was not only extremely polite from the beginning when I rescheduled my appointment but was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous to the end. My experience with Crown Mercedes has been nothing but top notch from the purchase of our car from Larry Chapman the salesman to Andy our service advisor. Hands down, this was the ABSOLUTE BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Phillip was an excellent salesman. When we initially arrived, my family and I walked the lot looking at vehicles. While everyone else just looked and walked past us Phillip actually had the decent courtesy to ask if we needed assistance. He took the time to educate us on the vehicle we had our minds set on. Providing us with very interesting facts, Phillip made our decision to purchase the vehicle that much easier. We???re proud to say that we are new owners of a 2019 Mercedes GLC 300. I stopped in Crown Mercedes with no appointment to discuss a battery malfunction light with my service advisor Charles Apple. He quoted me a price and time frame to be completed both of which were incredibly reasonable. The car was finished in 20 minutes and for $75 less than quoted, this never happens...lol. Anyway I very much enjoy being a customer of Crown Mercedes benz and Charles Apple is a great service writer. Thanks again to the team at Crown Eurocars!
I had searched for 2 weeks and the only reason I got the car from your dealership was Bianca commitment. She overcame my objections and the real deal sealer for me was she offered to even drive the car to me. As a fellow business owner this was a big plus. I've probably written 2-3 reviews in my life but felt the urge to write at how impressed I was with her communication and passion for her job.
We recently moved to St. Pete and have identified Crown Eurocars - Andy in Service and Igor in Sales- as our new dealership. We woke up this past Friday morning to find our E350 batter dead. After a visit by Roadside to jump start the car, we were advised to head to the dealership. I called for an appointment and was told to just come on in. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly young man who promptly confirmed he could help us and invited us to meet with Andy, the Service Advisor. Andy also greeted us with a smile and promptly wrote up our repair order and invited us to wait for the vehicle. Since we have been wanting to test drive the GLC, we took him up on his offer to stick around. I had previously met Igor at a local Chamber event and asked if he was available to assist us. Igor rushed back from lunch to meet us. He was helpful and patient as we test drove the GLC and confirmed, that's our next vehicle. Surprisingly, just as we finished with Igor, Andy notified us that our vehicle was ready to go. Everything was covered by the warranty - which was great. When we got back in the car, we noticed it had been cleaned and vacuumed! We are excited to return and get our new GLC soon. Thanks for the great experience.
