I am well pleased with the dealership, the customer service is amazing. I have owned several mercedes and each of my service advisors have been excellent. Jordan is amazing we have the most wonderful working relationship. I want to also give a shout out to the loaner department for the excellent service they provided during the repairing of my car.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Found a vehicle that I was ready to buy but their no haggle pricing was too high. As an online only dealer without brick and mortar investment they should offer very attractive pricing. I managed to find a similarly equipped car for a much more attractive price. Their customer service was great so if you find a car that you like and you like the price I would not hesitate buying from them.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I was escorted to the waiting room when I arrived and escorted back to my car when it was ready. Wendy and other staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was kept posted on progress with my vehicle. Only a bit disappointed that the recall repair took longer than indicated in the recall letter.
My experience was finally worth tbe trip!!! Service was fast. friendly. and I didnt get ripped off!! The facility has bern remodeled and the way they conduct business has finally been FIXED!!! I hope anyway!!! ... Thats how you keep customers!!Excellence!!!
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
Covert is Amazing!!!!! We have been buying from Covert for over 20 years and Ernest has always been honest and conscientious of all our needs. He always finds us the best deal at the best price. Recently we purchased a new 2018 GMC 3/4 Ton Sierra and had several mechanical issues resulting in my wife and daughter being stranded along side the road with horses. Both times Covert immediately sent help and corrected the problem. The last time we had an issue, we shared are frustration with Ernest and told him we wanted Covert to correct the problem. Shortly afterwards we received a call from Chance Covert and he asked what it would take to make us happy. I told him we wanted the same truck that we have but one with 0 miles. He said he would look for one and get back with us. Within a couple hours Chance called and said come pick up your new truck. No One Else would have done that. Covert Chevrolet ALWAYS puts the customer first. They are amazing in every way. Im thankful twenty years ago I met Ernest and started buying trucks from him. I highly recommend Covert Chevrolet and Ernest will take care of you.
I came in for service, and I appreciate that there are loaner cars available and that the service department utilizes technology such as text to communicate with customers. I don't live close to the dealership, so I'm usually dropping off or picking up around work hours. It's great that I can sign documents online so I can get in and out quickly. Brian has been great - he's been my service advisor a couple of times and knows my car and its service history, which makes me feel comfortable with his advice.
