I am well pleased with the dealership, the customer service is amazing. I have owned several mercedes and each of my service advisors have been excellent. Jordan is amazing we have the most wonderful working relationship. I want to also give a shout out to the loaner department for the excellent service they provided during the repairing of my car.
I came in for service, and I appreciate that there are loaner cars available and that the service department utilizes technology such as text to communicate with customers. I don't live close to the dealership, so I'm usually dropping off or picking up around work hours. It's great that I can sign documents online so I can get in and out quickly. Brian has been great - he's been my service advisor a couple of times and knows my car and its service history, which makes me feel comfortable with his advice.
Entire service department staff is always very helpful, friendly and expeditious. Staff works well together in assisting customer to correct service employee. Brian was professional and courteous as always.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Found a vehicle that I was ready to buy but their no haggle pricing was too high. As an online only dealer without brick and mortar investment they should offer very attractive pricing. I managed to find a similarly equipped car for a much more attractive price. Their customer service was great so if you find a car that you like and you like the price I would not hesitate buying from them.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
Answer is, it depends. We got there at about 3:30pm and left maybe about 8pm. But we got a fair deal. We have tried to go to other dealers, and yeah they make fun of this on the radio but its true. Others dealer tried to sell us a vehicle and forcing us to put 3000 dollars as a down payment. Elder asked us how much we wanted to put down asked how much we could afford a month and they would work with what we had. Very friendly people, and my dad got his new car which is very happy about.
I was escorted to the waiting room when I arrived and escorted back to my car when it was ready. Wendy and other staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I was kept posted on progress with my vehicle. Only a bit disappointed that the recall repair took longer than indicated in the recall letter.
My experience was finally worth tbe trip!!! Service was fast. friendly. and I didnt get ripped off!! The facility has bern remodeled and the way they conduct business has finally been FIXED!!! I hope anyway!!! ... Thats how you keep customers!!Excellence!!!
I was told the car I purchased had been thoroughly checked and was certified. I questioned the sales person about the condition of the tires and he assured they were good for a couple more years. I purchased the car on Saturday and today is Tuesday and I’m having to spend $800 because of tires that are dry rotted.
Buying out-of-state has its special set of challenges but the internet sales team, specifically Arron, was incredibly accommodating, informative and responsive. Even though I did not end up purchasing from MB of Georgetown, I wanted to say "thanks" to Arron and the sales team.
