We recently bought our 5th car from Texas Cars Direct and the reason that we keep coming back is the service! This place absolutely redefines the "used car" buying experience. Pete and his group of salesmen are top notch. Our most recent deal was handled by Kyle who treated us like we were was his only customers, even though I know they do a lot of business there and he most certainly did have many other customers. In the case of our most recent purchase, we reserved a car that was "coming soon" and the arrival and make-ready process to just a bit, but Kyle was on top of things and kept us apprised of the process. The indoor lot is amazing and just plain fun to visit. You never feel any sales pressure (at all) and the cars (typically ranging from almost new to 3 or 4 years old) ALL look pristine. . .like a new car lot, reflecting their high standards. Once you decide on a car, there are no shenanigans and it has been our experience that they can have you out the door and on your way to dinner in about an hour. We've had great luck with all of our cars from TCD and cannot recommend them highly enough. We will most certainly be back for our next purchase!
Finding a new car is so stressful especially when having to do it in a hurry. Mo really helped us through the process. When I wanted to tear my hair out he along with my fiance really calmed me down. I will definitely come back and recommend.
Only reason I gave 4 stars on facilities was because here very small and don’t have much room for parking. I want to do overall 4.5+, but that’s not an option. Only reason for half point is because I asked for two things and had to pay for one myself and the one they did pay for was late. Overall, genuinely good people and family oriented. I recommend Mia.
Since the first conversation, Keith was very helpful! Answering, all my questions, etc. When we got to the Dealership, he was Gentleman from the first handshake! He spent as much time as we needed to feel comfortable about our purchase! Keith, even helped us with directions to motels and restaurants as well!! This place has a large inventory of luxury cars! I was impressed with the value of customer service and the speed of paperwork. If you go knowing what you want the process is even quicker but if not you still will be done in no time. I was pleased with my agent as well! He worked hard to help me choose what I wanted!

Greetings, I went car shopping at Park Place in Arlington last Saturday to look for a new vehicle. My husband and I were greeted by Mr. Felton Jones, who made us feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed us around and guided us through the available cars there. Showed our kids to their awesome playroom, which made our decision process a bit easier. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Mr. Jones was very informative, and he was answering every question of ours patiently. Also, not to mention there was an HBCU connection between both our schools Grambling/Southern???Lol, but nowadays it commonly seen that car salesmen just don???t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. Mike Micael (Aman) was my salesman & he was AWESOME! He worked with my husband & I for hours until we all could agree on the perfect car & perfect price. He was kind & patient throughout the entire process. Mercedes even got me a lower APR than my credit union which allowed me to add GAP & a Manufacturer Warranty & still remain in budget. I am very pleased with Mercedes Benz of Plano & will for sure use them again!
Great service from beginning to end! A friendly reminder be email was given to remind me of my service date and time. While waiting for the service to be completed, I relaxed in the spacious waiting area!
Everyone was really nice and I got the car I wanted! Mike was very knowledgeable about each model of car I was interested in. Also, he let me test drive the cars and pointed out the special features that were inside of each car. Amber and Chris were helpful as well! :)
I just walked in the door when Mike received me with a great smile, he offered me watter before any other questions. I just left the Lexus with a bad test in my mouth, I was ready for fight "his aproche changed my attached" and I ordered my car hopefully I will be home when I drive my car home
