This review is for the periodic maintenance with my advisor, Jimmy Ho. Jimmy's team's great. Jimmy has been my go to advisor for the last few 10,000 maintenance services and I will continue to bring my car to him for service in the future. Everything was done on time and I feel that my car runs much smoother after it's been serviced. The shuttle service for drop-off and pick-up is definitely an added benefit. Drivers are polite and the cars are clean.

My review rating is based on the final outcome of the buying process. I can provide all the details about the process but that would not be relevant to most buyers here. The bottom line is that there were some issues with the car like the leaking front tire & some detailing issues. This should not have happened to a CPO but after a few phone calls to the sales manager and speaking to the GM of the branch, all those issues were fixed. They even helped with additional stuff like nav updates and engine software fix which is not part of the CPO process.
Overall, we are very happy with our car and quite impressed with the post-sale experience at this dealership.
I called MBZ Pleasanton talked to Scott in sales. He got the info I needed in minuets. We were able to strike a great deal and got the car. I recommend working with scott in sales he went above and beyond.
My only complaint was the finance side of the deal. Finance had something on my credit that was not mine and even the bank that showed up on my Credit confirmed it was not mine in any way. The finance guy did not care and just said too bad... they still got me an ok rate. I give 5 stars to scott (sales) and Andy (Mrg) but 3 stars to finance. Scott and Andy threw in a year of the difference in payment and took it off the price. Great sales and service!!!

I will definitely do business again with MB of Walnut Creek. I was in a market to purchase a new vehicle and looked their inventory online. I was contacted by their internet specialist who made my selection a breeze! I emailed her my preference and price range and she found the car that fits all category. Financing was easy - I emailed my guidelines and was pre-approved and scheduled a test drive same day! My sales rep and everyone at the sale floor was nice and courteous. I came out of there with the car I wanted, with the payment terms (including extended warranties, etc) within my budget and the car was impecable! You cant beat MB quality of product and service. This is 3rd MB and I am definitely have brand loyalty and any future purchase will be at MB of Walnut Creek. Thank you!
We recently had the pleasure of working with Trey Onkst at Mercedes Benz. Although Trey had only recently transferred to this dealership, his facility with the product, his approach, his patience with us as we made our buying decision was just top notch. He even came and picked up our vehicle at our house to take care of a small scratch that occurred on delivery and brought the vehicle back to us. I went in to get my Service A completed for my GLC. The service advisor Don was great! My only complaint was the chat service. I made my appointment through the chat service and also requested a quote for the Service A. The chat representative quoted me $260 but when I asked the person over the counter, it was over $300. The representative at the register informed me the chat representative should not be quoting the fees for services as they are not an employee of the dealership. Hopefully, they get this taken care of soon because that can be misleading.
I had an excellent experience in this dealership! Salesperson Jimmy does his job 100% and made my day:) The car fits me perfectly. I highly recommend this dealership!
