I thoroughly enjoy the Mercedes brand and yesterday I purchased a new 2018 SUV. It was big enough for all my needs and handles like a sedan. There is plenty of head and legroom in the front and back. I also appreciate all the safety features included in the model. Although the car is only six months old, I purchased it as "used" and saved a considerable sum. $$$ :)
Ken Topham and RLB Motors made the entire purchase and delivery of our new 2018 Mercedes e400 convertible to our home in Palm Springs in a covered carrier entirely seamless. Ken was a true professional! We would most certainly shop RLB first for our next car.

This car is small SUV,with a prestigius name, Very solid feel from opening the door to sitting yin the drivers seat with a quite interier. Acceleration was smooth and quick in city driving but noisy on Highway. Trunk space is tight. Exterior finish is nice.
I have bought 3 cars from Park Place, and the buying experience had been great. I would recommend park place anytime for their customer service

Excellent all around vehicle. Comfortable cabin, good performance, smooth 9 speed transmission. On a 750 mile trip I averaged 32.8 mpg at highway speed of 70mph with some mild stop and go through larger cities. With the advanced drivers assistant package the SUV can drive it self, even in stop and go situations. Its magical.
If more GLC's were equipped with air suspension it would be the perfect car. Most MB dealers just don't know how to equip these SUV's. They always configure many useless options for eye candy and leave out must have options like air suspension and drivers assistance package. Now with Honda raising the bar and equipping all their models with Honda Sensing maybe MB will get the Message.
I never write reviews or take surveys, with that being said I felt compelled after my experience at Parkplace Motors. My sales representative Jacob Eisenberg was very knowledgeable with the inventory at Parkplace, he was very patient with me and my wife pulling up several cars for us to look over. He answered all of our questions which was very helpful for us to zero in on the car we purchased. Jacob and the staff at Parkplace made our experience purchasing a vehicle absolute best we ever had. Charles (and Grant) made this experience the best. Smooth, easy, able to make the deal I needed. Did not try to sell me something I did not need and gave me pros and cons fo the vehicle I chose, very refreshing. The cons were very few and the pros far outweighed them. I recommend you ask for Charles and you will not regret it.

I traveled to Dallas out-of-state to inspect and buy a pre-owned Audi which I saw on their Car Gurus website. My contact was Bobby Howard who was very knowledgeable about the car, and who went over and beyond to take extra photos and videos to further enhance my perception of the vehicle. Bobby kept in contact with me and also met me at the airport. The preparation of the car was excellent - it had been put through the dealership internal detailer and was perfect. Overall, a great buying experience.
