The car met my needs and dreams and very conftable it has all luxuries I’m looking into it all future in side I need to learn more plus the dealer Ecarone was very nice from the general manager Sam to ash the sales person they did a very nice job

Out of all Mercedes Benz dealerships I visited, the customer service at Caldwell was impeccable! Ronald and his manager Mike assisted me and it wasnt just about a sales transaction for them. I raised my concerns regarding my current lease ending and Ron was the only sales rep I encountered to find a solution that made me more than comfortable enough to buy my car the same day! Yes the same day! The overall experience was flawless and the Caldwell team understands that customer service is the most important factor. Now they have a loyal customer. In addition, I will be referring all of my friends and family to Ron and the Caldwell team. Job well done!!!

I have owned 3 different Mercedes and hands down this is absolutely my all time favorite. I would consider purchasing another as soon as I’m ready & know how much my family & friends are enjoying theirs’
We got our new GLC from Ray Catena recently and were very happy with the overall experience. From setting up time for the test drive to the actual decision, the service was professional, friendly and very customized. We worked with Lenny, who was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and responsive, and not at all intrusive like so many other car salespeople. 5 stars from us!

This car is small SUV,with a prestigius name, Very solid feel from opening the door to sitting yin the drivers seat with a quite interier. Acceleration was smooth and quick in city driving but noisy on Highway. Trunk space is tight. Exterior finish is nice.
My experience was excellent at Ray Catena of Union!! I was unsure what I wanted from a new to pre-certified Mercedes but after searching for about a week both online and at other dealerships I knew who I wanted to buy car from....Chris Bradfield. Chris was professional, knowledgeable and always listened to my questions and understood my goals. He politely took me out for test drives and while I didn't buy the brand new Mercedes I did end up buying a pre-owned vehicle which was better suited for my budget. I think Chris is a great representation of the dealership and while I know he was fairly new, he was trained very well and if he didn't know the answers, he knew where to go to get them. I applaud the managment of Ray Catena Union for identifying good talent and giving young professionals (like his brother Nick) an opportunity to grow in the organization. Chris is a real asset to the dealership and I can see him continuing to grow and assume further managment/leadership at some point. Thank you!!

Excellent all around vehicle. Comfortable cabin, good performance, smooth 9 speed transmission. On a 750 mile trip I averaged 32.8 mpg at highway speed of 70mph with some mild stop and go through larger cities. With the advanced drivers assistant package the SUV can drive it self, even in stop and go situations. Its magical.
If more GLC's were equipped with air suspension it would be the perfect car. Most MB dealers just don't know how to equip these SUV's. They always configure many useless options for eye candy and leave out must have options like air suspension and drivers assistance package. Now with Honda raising the bar and equipping all their models with Honda Sensing maybe MB will get the Message.
This is the first time I've ever owned an electric car, so I had many questions. Larry was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. He also provided me with very specific information, advice and paperwork; for example, regarding sales tax, that saved me a lot of money. I love my electric car and Larry helped make the transition very easy.
After visiting other Mercedes Benz stores I went into the Bridgewater store and was lucky enough to get Michael as my salesman. He is very talented and knows more about the brand then anyone else I met. He made me feel very comfortable buying from him unlike the others guys that treat women not same way! When you visit Open Road Mercedes ask for Michael Vurchio to see why he is the Best!
I have worked with Mike Vurchio on the past three purchases I have made from This Mercedes dealership. Mike is wonderful to work with and I have always felt he has my best interests at the forefront of our negotiations. I will continue to return to Mike for many years to come!
I own a Smart ForTwo 2013 ED and I love the car. I placed a order for the new ED. I really will miss my first Smart. >>> The Smart sales person is a customer-oriented professional and has a Smart mind set to advise you on the car functionality and the best configurations. >> The Smart ForTwo ED is quick of the line, fun to drive, super quiet, easy to get in and out, keeps up with local traffic and highway (65-70 mi/h). Amazingly, the small truck (yes, it has one) can either pile up 6 bags of mulch, or place 7 grocery bags easily in it. I am positive there are many car buyers that could be a Smart owner but their mind set and lack of knowledge about the car's features and safety prefer to buy either a SUV or sedan for their daily commute. They drive alone, less than 50 mi/day, during the week and carry/waste 3-4 empty seats, occupy extra space on the road, waste horsepower (they don't rev more than 4000 rpm, or don't drive above 70 mi/h) and have other SUV or sedans in the garage! If you have a BIG EGO but don't think SMART I am sure you will be wasting lots of things.

I thoroughly enjoy the Mercedes brand and yesterday I purchased a new 2018 SUV. It was big enough for all my needs and handles like a sedan. There is plenty of head and legroom in the front and back. I also appreciate all the safety features included in the model. Although the car is only six months old, I purchased it as "used" and saved a considerable sum. $$$ :)
John Niejadlik, my Service Advisor, was very professional. He perused my vehicle's maintenance record and discussed the service required at the time. My vehicle was ready in the time he specified which I appreciated.
