We stopped by MB of EDH after we got a low tire pressure indication. They determined that we had run over a nail and promptly repaired the tire while we waited. Dan Clark was our service rep and he kept us informed throughout of the status of the repair. Additionally, because we were newcomers to EDH, Dan didn't even charge us for the repair. We'll definitely be back to MB of EDH when we need any service for our ML400.
I've taken my CPO MB E350 to Von Housen for service since I bought the couple in 2016. The service center staff are professional, knowledgeable, and eager to please. The waiting area has an awesome espresso machine, and when needed, I always get a great loaner vehicle. Will definitely use Von Housen for future service needs.

I just purchased a 2015 SQ5 my first Audi. The sales staff knows there product inside and out very helpful as this vehicle is quite complex with lots of technology and features. This was our initial service (10,000 miles) after purchasing the GLS450. Following the service, the vehicle???s on-Board computer was not reset, which required the 2nd visit.
