After submitting an inquiry about a vehicle that I had interest in buying; I was almost immediately contacted by Austin with internet sales. I purchased a 2018 Red SLC300 for my wife for mother's day. The purchase was smooth, when we got the car home noticed a popping sound with the sunroof. Contacted the Sales Manager Ellen Lans, she was very proactive and within a few weeks got the sunroof repaired - and my wife is enjoying the car. Great customer experience!

Yesterday I bought a Used car from Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek. Probably the least expense they had on the lot. But? I was treated like I was buying the top of the line Mercedes.
