11/18, After many visits to other dealerships, I finally found a Bill Vince's "internet preowned SUV" my visit there was welcomed by Domenick Cirianni , he turned out to be the " BEST of salesmen" in my pursuit of a purchase. This is the first time I've ever owned an electric car, so I had many questions. Larry was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. He also provided me with very specific information, advice and paperwork; for example, regarding sales tax, that saved me a lot of money. I love my electric car and Larry helped make the transition very easy.

He is very talented and knows more about the brand then anyone else I met. He made me feel very comfortable buying from him unlike the others guys that treat women not same way! I own a Smart ForTwo 2013 ED and I love the car. I placed a order for the new ED. I really will miss my first Smart. >>> The Smart sales person is a customer-oriented professional and has a Smart mind set to advise you on the car functionality and the best configurations. >> The Smart ForTwo ED is quick of the line, fun to drive, super quiet, easy to get in and out, keeps up with local traffic and highway (65-70 mi/h). Amazingly, the small truck (yes, it has one) can either pile up 6 bags of mulch, or place 7 grocery bags easily in it. I am positive there are many car buyers that could be a Smart owner but their mind set and lack of knowledge about the car's features and safety prefer to buy either a SUV or sedan for their daily commute. They drive alone, less than 50 mi/day, during the week and carry/waste 3-4 empty seats, occupy extra space on the road, waste horsepower (they don't rev more than 4000 rpm, or don't drive above 70 mi/h) and have other SUV or sedans in the garage! If you have a BIG EGO but don't think SMART I am sure you will be wasting lots of things.
Anyone looking to buy a new Benz from a very qualified, knowledgeable, non-pushy salesperson, I recommend Michael Virchio ... Mike was perfect in terms of his professionalism his patience, his knowledge and the way he respected my process for having to do all my research before coming back to Mercedes as my final choice I bought the GLC 300 and I could not be happier.. Mike in finance was great and Nick in the biz office is a very sweet guy! I'm very very happy with the experience and recommend this dealership specifically and Michael as the salesperson !
Barry was patient, persistent and excellent in explaining the features of the car as well as answer the queries regarding payment. He was flexible in working through the financial details and provide a good pricing for the car

From setting up time for the test drive to the actual decision, the service was professional, friendly and very customized. We worked with Lenny, who was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and responsive, and not at all intrusive like so many other car salespeople. 5 stars from us!
My experience was excellent at Ray Catena of Union!! I was unsure what I wanted from a new to pre-certified Mercedes but after searching for about a week both online and at other dealerships I knew who I wanted to buy car from....Chris Bradfield. Chris was professional, knowledgeable and always listened to my questions and understood my goals. He politely took me out for test drives and while I didn't buy the brand new Mercedes I did end up buying a pre-owned vehicle which was better suited for my budget. I think Chris is a great representation of the dealership and while I know he was fairly new, he was trained very well and if he didn't know the answers, he knew where to go to get them. I applaud the managment of Ray Catena Union for identifying good talent and giving young professionals (like his brother Nick) an opportunity to grow in the organization. Chris is a real asset to the dealership and I can see him continuing to grow and assume further managment/leadership at some point. Thank you!!

If he was to be rated on a scale from 1-10 ( 10 being the highest ), we would rate him a 15. I just bought a 2019 GLA from Vasil. I am in LOVE with the car and Vasil made the process so easy! He even secured the car for me before it had arrived to the US. Vasil patiently answered my millions of questions and followed up after I took the car home to make sure everything was as it should be. I traveled across the state to deal with Vasil and plan to do the same when I'm ready for my next Mercedes.
Will look here first the next time I need to buy a car. Actually enjoyed the experience. Good deal of just the car I wanted. Rami took care of everything. Friendly, attentive, accommodating, efficient...normally the car buying experience is long and uncomfortable...not with Rami. Defiantly recommend.
With a bit a creative financing Matthew was able to allow me to upgrade to a vehicle that initially, potentially seemed to be out of reach. He also allowed me out get out of my current lease two months early. All the details of turning in my old vehicle were taken care of. I was very pleased.
