The gentleman that helped my wife and I was Lawson.It was without a doubt the smoothest transition for Car leasing that I have ever experienced.This is without a doubt no exaggeration whatsoever had it not been that I locked all three of my credit scores and had to argue with the credit companies to open them up for them to have the ability to check my credit prior to getting the lease I would???ve been done with the entire process in less than an hour and a half. For me that is completely unheard of. I spent the last lease for four hours in the dealership, completely unacceptable.At Tofel Mercedes this was absolutely not the case they were 100% professional, and to the point, I totally appreciate the no BS approach to acquiring a leasing vehicle. For me there???s nothing worse than being miss led by the sales person only to find out what was promised can???t be done at the end. This never happened one time with Lawson, quite an exceptional sales man. In addition to that all the employees of the corporation were wonderful, helping my wife understand how to work the equipment on the new vehicle explaining the options that she had it was quite remarkable. I am extremely grateful for their professionalism and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
Quentin Johnson is a phenomenal sales rep- knowledgable about the vehicles, without the aggressive sales pitch I have come to expect car shopping. I would purchase a Mercedes from him any day, and Plaza is truly lucky to have him on their team.
I was helped by sales rep Jared Perillo; he made the paper work process very fast, efficient and easy. Any questions i had about the car anywhere from it's features, to leasing and vehicle maintenance were answered with detail making me feel very confident with my purchase. With a bit a creative financing Matthew was able to allow me to upgrade to a vehicle that initially, potentially seemed to be out of reach. He also allowed me out get out of my current lease two months early. All the details of turning in my old vehicle were taken care of. I was very pleased.

Sam is an amazing service advisor. He makes sure that all of my needs are taken care of when I come into the shop. He is also great at explaining what needs to be done. I drive over 100 miles a day and thanks to the service department I have not needed any major work on the car.
Scheduled service based on mileage and time. Given an appointment when requested, no wait to be processed into shop, completed service within the timeframe committed and provided a printout of service and inspection. Answered all my questions and sent me on my way, a satisfied customer.
I came to Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma in the beginning of October and I was greeted by Augustus in the sales department. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and took me around to show me different cars that might work for me when I am ready. With every other car buying experience I’ve had, if I would have told the salesman that I was not ready to buy they would not have given me the time of day or would have been so pushy. But this time was so refreshing. Will definitely go through Augustus and Mercedes of Tacoma when I am ready!
