I thoroughly enjoy the Mercedes brand and yesterday I purchased a new 2018 SUV. It was big enough for all my needs and handles like a sedan. There is plenty of head and legroom in the front and back. I also appreciate all the safety features included in the model. Although the car is only six months old, I purchased it as "used" and saved a considerable sum. $$$ :)
We purchased a CPO C250 from a nice sales lady named Veronica Cheung the other day. She is fair, patience and professional, She made a stressful process a pleasant one. Although the detailing job of the C250 was not perfect, there are quite a few slight "noticeable defects"....worn-out volume switch on the steering wheel, dried excessive wax on cravasses of the body, some chipped paints, dusts on some internal area...etc. With the assurance of the Purchasing Manager and Veronica, I am sure all these minor things will be taken care of when I bring my car in when the promised part arrives. Kudo to The Mercedes Benz of San Francisco managment team, you folks really understand what Great Customer Service is ! PS. The ladies at the reception desk are very pleasant and helpful too, excellent first impression!

Love the styling and features of this vehicle. Long trips will be more enjoyable. Just the right size to meet our needs for any occasion.
This is a fancy dealership being a Mercedes-Benz. However, their communication is really missed up. A car showed as available on their website. So, I inquired about it. Then, they called me again and said it was sold. A few days later they called me and said: guess what, we got a very similar car if I'm still interested. I go to the dealership and it is the EXACT SAME car. I meet a very nice salesman who helps me with a test drive. The next day, I get the customary followup call from the salesman. Later, the "internet sales" contact me if I had an questions and I asked about the best price for the car; and they said: "which car?". Hello!!! It is the car you are contacting me about! Their "internet sales" department needs to work on their communication. It is pretty missed up. Don't even bother with their internet sales. The on-ground salesmen are great.

Excellent all around vehicle. Comfortable cabin, good performance, smooth 9 speed transmission. On a 750 mile trip I averaged 32.8 mpg at highway speed of 70mph with some mild stop and go through larger cities. With the advanced drivers assistant package the SUV can drive it self, even in stop and go situations. Its magical.
If more GLC's were equipped with air suspension it would be the perfect car. Most MB dealers just don't know how to equip these SUV's. They always configure many useless options for eye candy and leave out must have options like air suspension and drivers assistance package. Now with Honda raising the bar and equipping all their models with Honda Sensing maybe MB will get the Message.
I had searched long and hard for a 2011 Mercedes Benz E350 BlueTec. They are rare and hard to find in a good quality car. When one that looked like an excellent candidate surfaced in the cars.com search engine, the people at Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco went above and beyond to get us the information we asked for and needed to make an informed decision about the car. The staff worked after hours to secure our confidence that this car was the one I had been looking for, so I made the 300 mile drive on a Sunday to make it happen. I was greeted warmly and everyone there was professional, efficient and they treated me with courtsey and respect. The car was all it was advertised to be and even more, and the decision to purchase was an easy one. They assisted me in finding financing at favorable terms. After the sale an associate spent nearly an hour with me teaching me how to use all the features of my new car. If there was anything at all I was dissapointed with, it would be the offer extended for my trade-in. However, it was not out of line with what I had been offered by other dealers. The dealership is a beautiful building with a bright and inviting atmosphere. In summary, I am very, very pleased with my new E Class, and I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of San Francisco to anyone shopping for a car. I had a great experience and feel like I got an excellent value for the car I purchased.

Overpriced due to lack of good deals from Mercedes compared to say the Lexus SUV, however, I like being in it and driving it better enough to pay the extra on a lease, since only 3 years and next car I will focus on value too. Interior would be excellent if the monitor was larger and touch screen.
I have owned 3 different Mercedes and hands down this is absolutely my all time favorite. I would consider purchasing another as soon as I’m ready & know how much my family & friends are enjoying theirs’
Although I havent bought the car from them but i liked the overall process and prompt reaponses from shift sf. They brought the veichle to my door but i could not able to meet due to an emergency. This was handled very politly by the driver and appreciate it. Thanks

This car is small SUV,with a prestigius name, Very solid feel from opening the door to sitting yin the drivers seat with a quite interier. Acceleration was smooth and quick in city driving but noisy on Highway. Trunk space is tight. Exterior finish is nice.

This car exceeded my expectations in terms of style, comfort, and quality. I had looked around for Glc300 4 matic or an Audi Q5 and I ultimately chose the GLC and I'm glad I did. It doesn't have the top of the tech in terms of the full digital display cockpit but everything else is just amazing. I'm not sure how the reliability will be like but I hope it lasts because I'm amazed with the car

this car met all my needs. very comfortable, stylish and handles like a dream. It has great pick up speed plenty of leg room and the sond system is fantastic.
We love our 300. It's small but spacious with comfort like no other. The 4 cylinder engine is quieter than our last vehicle with the V-6. It is getting better fuel economy than the V-6 too.
I would recommend that you give this small class suv a good look if you're looking for comfort, smooth ride, and performance. I have been surprised and I think you will be too.
First time Mercedes owner and I now understand why people love them so much! Excellent handling and performance combined with beautiful style. This is the best car I have ever owned! I’ll buy another one!
