I have been buying cars for years and I will tell you there is no better dealerships in the world. Everything from phone calls to sales to the execution of the deal was the best experience I have ever ever had. The receptionists were wonderful. The were courteous and so caring. My sales experience was with Jose. Absolutely the best. I called and asked for an "out the door" price and when I got to the dealership, the price was exactly as he stated. There were no games, pressures or last minute switches. He totally help me with every aspect of pairing the phone and setting up UConnect. However, I am not technically versed and when I had a problem figuring out the Car Play settings. Mike from sales was present the next day and on the phone with me. He solved my problems and took care of everything very professionally and friendly . Finally, the site manager was superior. He offered expanded warranty coverage with no pressure and had all the paperwork work completed quickly and accurately with a smile. If you want to buy a car, this is the place to go. Their prices are honest and the staff is the best in class. Don't believe the pricing other dealerships who will state on the internet as being lower in price. I dealt with several and the reality was that the prices were not real when you went to get the "out of the door" price. Believe this dealership because they are just plain hones. I just cant say enough positive about this business.

I am still interested in upgrading my 2003 SL 500 to a 2015 SL400. They immediately responded red to my inquiry. I am planning on visiting the dealership this week.

Best car I’ve ever owned , very comfortable and smooth ride , great on gas . Also as long you do the proper maintenance the car will last you , had for for 3 years no problems whatsoever. Also very spacious for size. So i definitely recommend this car to family friends or whoever looking for a nice car.

I have owned glc300 AMG line for two years and I have positive things to say about it. Only critiques I have of this vehicle are the lack of more screens as there are still analogue speedometers on these year model. Interior could also be of higher quality materials. Rear is good

I have owned and leased probably in excess of 100 cars in my life and this was by far the best experience I've ever had.

I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

I love this car. Quiet and just the right size . Super comfortable on long drives. This is my first SUV and I love the visibility as compared to my small Mercedes that I traded in for this. The upgrades and cameras are so improved also. The only thing that could be better is if it was driverless!!!

I absolutely love this compact SUV! Coming from a Subaru Outback, this is light years above and beyond for same year. A quiet cabin is my top want for buying a car. This cabin is quiet and relaxing inside. I’m tall and there is plenty of room. The seats are incredible! Can’t wait to take it on the roads in winter.

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

I'm not new to the Mercedes brand, as this is my 4th. This is, however, my first try at the Mercedes SUV. So far, I'm extremely happy. Favorite feature has to be the camel leather seats...an impressive update from the MB-Tex.

We bought a 2015 VW Golf Sport Wagon (Mk7) from Premier Motor Group in April 2021. We already loved our GTI, so this was an ideal second vehicle. Every aspect of the transaction was a breeze! In April 2021, they didn't yet have their service lift bays. Being a car guy, I had access to a professional lift and the staff had no qualms about us taking the used vehicle for an in-depth exam. The car was very good, so it was an easy choice to buy it. As of 2023, Premier Auto Group now has a brand new set of service bays and a PA inspection station. I visited again June 21st 2023 for a test drive of another vehicle. I communicated I was just doing research. We drove a BMW i3 to check out the ergonomics. There was zero pressure. Fear not the "used car lot vibe"! Take a look at the vehicles on their lot. Proceed without hesitation.

Bought this 9/2020. Looked high and low. Found it at a large well known dealership.It was a low milage lease turn in they bought at auction.Excellent vehicle.We have owned Mercedes for 40 years. Always gotten good service from them. An average of 10 years per car. Saved some 2K after reading many "how to buy" on you tube. Rehearse ,rehearse your approach and how to deal with the seller, its worth it. Only drawback is no spare. I bought one and dumped the "run flat" tires- very harsh ride with them.

We were in the market for a late model BMW 528i Xdrive, and shopped at several local BMW NJ dealers, however we found most of those experiences to be less than satisfactory. We were not sure about purchasing out of state, but decided to look into a listing at Integrated Automotive Services. The best decision we made during our time shopping for this car. Mike and Bob were professional, very easy to work with and have a very impressive inventory on hand. We purchased our 528 from them and will purchase our next car there as well. Once we had a deal, paper work was completed in less than half an hour and we were on our way with an excellent car. Living in another state was not an issue, we received title in a week. The vehicle is safe and yet fun to drive. All wheeel drive with a very powerful get up and go. And yet good fuel mileage. I would suggest it to anyone

I am writing ANOTHER review for Trend Auto since I continue to use them for maintenance issues regarding my used Toyota Sienna that I purchased from them years ago. I have had several issues pop up through the years regarding my van and not only have they resolved each and every problem, they did so in a very reasonably priced and expedient manner. I cannot say enough good things about Trend Auto. I would not even consider going elsewhere. I trust these guys 100% and KEVIN IS FABULOUS! He is honest, fair and trust worthy. They all are an absolute pleasure to work with as I have never had one negative interaction with anyone there. In the past, I have bought many vehicles from various dealerships and I can tell you that Trend Auto is the best!!! I cannot recommend their top notch service highly enough. I have the GLC43 AMG and it's awsome! It has plenty of guts and is extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.
