Evan was awesome! We drove 3 hours after finding the car online. The Sonic Price made it simple - I knew it was a great deal and I didn't have to waste my time haggling to get the price where it should be. Because of the drive, we got in a little late but Evan, Kurt & Anita stayed to help us get everything taken care of. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and Evan was a pleasure to deal with. I could not be happier with my car buying experience!

From the time I purchased the car the brakes have squealed like a pig being tortured when they are cold. Brought it back and was told that they were aware of the situation and were waiting on a recall or fix. Okay, I can be patient. Several months later, nothing resolved. Talk to a different mechanic and he directs me to a fix that Mercedes is aware of! Take the vehicle back to Mercedes only to be told that since it's a wear item they don't cover it. Had I been told up front that they were not going to correct their problem I would not have kept the car. Oh well, lesson learned...back to Lexus!
Evan was a pleasure to work with. So helpful and responsive. He heard our wants and helped me find the perfect car without feeling pressured. My husband and I both commented that the team at Mercedes really exceeded our expectations in the new car buying experience.

3 MAJOR engine failures, service mechanic says it's "engineering problem" w/tight tolerances
Horrible driver interface with navigation and phone and ipod. Pairing doesn't always work
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

So far, I love it!! I have admired this car for quite sometime, so I was so excited to get it finally! Pleasantly surprised with gas mileage too!!
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

This is my first time to drive a Mercedes Benz. I'm leasing the GLC 300 for three years. I love the overall look of the vehicle. It drives really nice. Plenty of get up and go to the engine. I don't love the noisiness of the engine from the outside. And the windshield wipers are obnoxiously loud.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

bought the glc300 4matic in may of 2016 and have put 25k miles on it. Really great suv, good on gas (29mpg), pretty quick for a 4 cyl SUV, roomy enough, really comfortable on trips. HUGE upgrade from my saturn due and chrysler pacifica obviously but compared to other compact luxury sup's I've driven the clc is the best and hasn't let me down. The only negative is that you can feel the hard bombs more than you should.
By far the best experience and customer service I have ever been a part of. I came to look at 2 cars, the one I ended up driving off the lot did not have a backup cam, which I didn't notice and would have been a deal breaker. I called them the next morning to see if there was anything that could be done. They said bring the car back and we will take care of you. I worked with Brad and Patricia through this process and they were absolutely fantastic to me, they didn't make me feel guilty for returning a car or making a mistake and genuinely wanted to help me get the right vehicle, which they did. The thing that was even more impressive to me, the first vehicle was a Mercedes, the vehicle I ended up getting was a Lexus. They let me bring back the Mercedes at a Mercedes dealership to get the other car I was looking at, a Lexus. This is why their people and customer service is so great, they were not mad I didn't keep the Mercedes, they were excited to see me in the car that make me happy. I would 100% recommend this dealership and these customer oriented people to anyone! They will make you comfortable throughout the buying process and they will genuinely take care of you. Excellent job Mercedes! Excellent job Brad and Patricia! I cannot thank you enough!

I have had the best customer service experience at Mercedes Benz of Music city this past weekend. I couldn't believe that the service team actually responded back on a Sunday evening to one of my emails!!! Pretty darn amazing and beyond responsive. They had me scheduled for the next day, got me a loaner and took care of my car in the best possible way. If there is one reason why I would prefer MBofMC over MBofNashville, it would be customer service. I have been to MBofNashville for few services so far and it was no different from any other dealership of any other car model. MBofMC shows what a mercedes dealership is supposed to be and treats you the way you're supposed to be treated. Stanley Carmichael was my service rep and he is the nicest person ever. Not one of those dealerships who cater to a certain category of people, if you know what I mean. MBofMC would treat you like they would treat anyone else. The Service manager was there to talk to me if I had any questions and Stanley made sure I left extremely happy with my car. I would definitely mention MBofMC to any of my friends who are looking to get their car serviced (or even looking to buy a new car) given the way they treat people. And NO, they did not pay me to write this review nor did they mention anything about a review. Go try it out and you'd be thanking me for this review.

We purchased the first year model of GLC suv and should have waited for the next model. Almost from the start had a problem with squeaky breaks. This was in most models I was told from dealer and BENZE USA. More problems in cold weather. Was fixed after 6 to 7 months or pure agony. Not the best from our past experience. Controls on dash a safety problem again compared to other models we've had. Think the bean counters tried to save for the bottom line.
Found the car I was looking for on-line. Hosea Willis was very helpful and professional! They even delivered the car to me! I will definitely do business with Mercedes Benz of Nashville in the future!
