I thoroughly enjoy the Mercedes brand and yesterday I purchased a new 2018 SUV. It was big enough for all my needs and handles like a sedan. There is plenty of head and legroom in the front and back. I also appreciate all the safety features included in the model. Although the car is only six months old, I purchased it as "used" and saved a considerable sum. $$$ :)
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Should have returned it within the week!

From the time I purchased the car the brakes have squealed like a pig being tortured when they are cold. Brought it back and was told that they were aware of the situation and were waiting on a recall or fix. Okay, I can be patient. Several months later, nothing resolved. Talk to a different mechanic and he directs me to a fix that Mercedes is aware of! Take the vehicle back to Mercedes only to be told that since it's a wear item they don't cover it. Had I been told up front that they were not going to correct their problem I would not have kept the car. Oh well, lesson learned...back to Lexus!
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

This car met all my expectations I contemplating getting a BMW, however the Mercedes offers more . This car is comfortable . realiable and good on gas.
Excellent customer service— I really like their promptness and professionalism. Everything is explained to you in a really simple way. I also enjoy the waiting area, it makes you feel you are home. Special thanks to Annette for her excellent service.

This SUV met all my needs!! Comfortable luxury vehicle that’s not to large and not too small. The perfect fit.. Met every must haves on my list!
Had salesman (Mark) save a car for me while I drove from Houston to see the car. He sent a video of the exterior and had it pulled up right before I showed up. Price was excellent for the condition and low mileage and paperwork was very easy. Definitely recommend this dealer.

I have owned 3 different Mercedes and hands down this is absolutely my all time favorite. I would consider purchasing another as soon as I’m ready & know how much my family & friends are enjoying theirs’
The steering wheel was peeling on our 2012 ML 350 Bluetec. We were very disappointed in Mercedes quality for this to happen in just 5yrs.
Because we have the wooden steering wheel we thought this would be a $1,500plus repair!
Linda was able to have the peeling plastic replaced without replacing the entire wheel for just $349 parts and labor.
Not only are we very pleased, she saved us a ton of $$$!

This car is small SUV,with a prestigius name, Very solid feel from opening the door to sitting yin the drivers seat with a quite interier. Acceleration was smooth and quick in city driving but noisy on Highway. Trunk space is tight. Exterior finish is nice.
Awesome service, specially mr.Mark Reilly who can get the car of your dreams in a really good and fast proccess..

Excellent all around vehicle. Comfortable cabin, good performance, smooth 9 speed transmission. On a 750 mile trip I averaged 32.8 mpg at highway speed of 70mph with some mild stop and go through larger cities. With the advanced drivers assistant package the SUV can drive it self, even in stop and go situations. Its magical.
If more GLC's were equipped with air suspension it would be the perfect car. Most MB dealers just don't know how to equip these SUV's. They always configure many useless options for eye candy and leave out must have options like air suspension and drivers assistance package. Now with Honda raising the bar and equipping all their models with Honda Sensing maybe MB will get the Message.
First time Mercedes owner and I now understand why people love them so much! Excellent handling and performance combined with beautiful style. This is the best car I have ever owned! I’ll buy another one!
