Once you go to a few dealers you start to see a trend of how they just want to sell you a car. This was one of my last three places on my list to visit but it easily became my last. The salesman, Bryan Garcia I believe, was extremely helpful and broke away from that role of a pushy salesman. He answered all my questions and made me really feel like he actually cared I left happy. For all future car purchases I will definitely be coming to Bryan first for help before anyone else. I could have hoped for a better experience.
Dave made this the best and most efficient car purchase ever. We were in and out. When we returned, the new car was cleaned and waiting for us. They gave us a great number on our trade in and the price per month was exactly what we told them if needed to be. Couldn???t be happier with our GLE
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Walked in one day after previously looking at a new car in the lot for my wife. Within 10 minutes after talking to John Vanik and Tim Duda I received and excellent lease deal on a new Rouge Sport that I could live with.They gave me a rock bottom deal, much better than I had expected. A few days later I came back to lease the vehicle. They also gave me a great price on the paint protection package.

I set up an appointment to test drive a car the very next day. I got a call that day to confirm my visit and test drive. when I got there I was told that the car was already sold. Was shown a similar car so wasn't to mad. I doubt that the car was sold within the hour they called to confirm my appointment wish they were up front that they didn't have the car. Prices are reasonable though and they are still friendly
Margaret was extremely polite and pleasant to work with. She was was professional and knowledgable while showing us the used vehicle we were interested in. She worked very hard to meet our financial needs and provide us the discount we needed to take the car home! Not only did they make sure everything was top notch, they were completely transparent in regards to the vehicle itself. There was a small crack at the bottom of the windshield that we didn't even notice but Margaret pointed it out right away and assured us that they would replace the windshield at no charge! We were also extremely impressed with the hospitality of everyone we encountered at Napleton Aston Martin Maserati during the waiting process and would reccomend this dealership on the friendliness alone.

My salesman, Brian, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courtious. He understood our needs. This is the third vehicle I have bought from him and will do it again, and would refer him to my friends and relatives. The dealership is also impressive.
The overall experience was nice. The sales associate was nice. But when I got home and lifted the hood. I realized I immediately needed new filters, new oil. Top of the antifreeze the windshield wiper fluid was empty. Everything was good until then. Then I was just irritated and realized I was going to be paying a few hundred dollars to get everything up to par.
We started our process looking for our next car by looking around all over the internet for the perfect Mercedes. As fate had it, our perfect match for an E400 was located at Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates. At the time, my wife and I only were in the beginning stages for figuring out what our next car was going to be. It was a Saturday we planned to test drive cars and then review what we liked/didn't like and buy at a later date, Once we met with our assigned sales member, Greg Bolte, we knew we were in good hands. Greg gave us the overview and tour of the E400 we were considering and answered all of our questions with the utmost care and professionalism. After the test drive, Greg was genuinely interested in our thoughts and what we were looking for. Even though we were in a spot to buy as inventory moves quickly, Greg and Tom were never pushy or aggressive with their sales technique. A technique that both my wife and I appreciated. We took time to think over the prospect of buying the E400. It just made sense and these were the people we wanted to give our business to. The buying process and financing team that we worked with, including Jose Gomez, were a breeze to work with for this purchase. The team kindly stayed late past closing to ensure we could drive away that evening in our new car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I had looked at several cars at several dealerships. I???m a 30???s male so other dealerships offered varrying responses from doubt and disrespect to kindness and attentiveness. Hoffman was the latter. I was welcomed immediately. I had the fortune to work with Ronnie. He was prepared (I had called ahead) with any and all information I had requested. Answered all questions in depth. Ronnie was respectful, diligent, and kept things moving without being pushy. Kelly in finance really worked hard to find the right set of options to get % and payment where I needed it to be. Kelly offered real, honest answers and had an ability to utilize all tools available at 9:00 p.m. to complete the transaction. Kelly is a true professional that I???d request next time. After finance was finished Ronnie pulled my trade in up to garage and offered a couple nice cloth bags to help me move things from one car to the other. Even after I had pulled out of the garage and parked to set up and famiarize myself with controls at 9:30 he stuck around and made sure I was all set and left behind me. Really a great guy with the right attitude. Everyone, in fact, treated me as well as Ronnie from start to finish. Left feeling good about my decision. Left feel great about the experience and the deal I got on a car! A 2016 E400 fully loaded with 3,000 miles for a steal. Got all the room and motor I really wanted in the budget I had in mind. Seriously great place to buy a car.
Impressed with the overall treatment. No pressure and great attitude from the entire sales staff. Piotr went out of his way to ensure my new vehicle was in mint condition and answered all questions. Highly recommended dealership.
I dealt with Joe in the service department. Joe was very accommodative for my wishes. I had scratches on my right front wheel. Joe was able to find someone to repair it. My only feedback on the repair was that it was slightly more than Joe originally quoted ($200 vs. $175). Also, which was nice, he suggested I come back in the spring to re-do the wheel and an extra wheel if needed. However, I didn't see any record of that accommodation on my sales receipt. Obviously my concern is when I call in the spring, will this repair still be honored. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and the ability to have a loner (GLC which my wife is interested in).
